Went through the drive thru. Received friendly service. Pulled up and paid and received my food. When I looked in the bag(before I drove away from window) I noticed that I had received fries rather than onion rings as I had requested. I was on my lunch break so I really didn’t have time to complain and wait for the rings. I did, however, ask for some zesty sauce to go with my nuggets even though I did request it when I placed my order. As I was pulling away from the window I then realized that I didn’t receive a receipt. I wanted a receipt so I could take their survey. Oh well. Then to top things off, as I’m driving down the road and eating the fries I reach in the bag to get a napkin. NONAPKINS! The last time I ate here was about a month and a half ago and the night time shift manager was rude as I was placing my order in the drive thru. So, not impressed with this Burger King and will def rethink my food options next time and travel less than a minute down the road to McDonalds.
