Chick-fil-A

My family and I visit this Chick-​fil-​A at least once a week. We have gone there for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The service is always consistently above and beyond. The employees are always friendly and work quickly to get you your order.
The food is also consistently hot, fresh, and delicious. I sometimes will order something that requires them to make changes (breakfast sandwich with a different cheese and bacon added) and they have only gotten it wrong maybe once that I can recall. If they do happen to make a mistake with your order, they are quick to correct it, apologetic, and will usually offer you a coupon for a free sandwich to make up for it.
I have been to many different Chick-​fil-​A locations throughout the south, and this one is by far the best one that I have ever been to. You won’t be disappointed if you choose to go here!

Of all the Chick Fil-A’s in Howard County I’ve been to, this one is my favorite. I’ve been to this location a few times when I’ve traveled from my office in Columbia to my work sites in northern Virginia. The staff at this location is particularly friendly and fast service even when busy.
One day when I was in office all day, I decided to drive to this location even though it is further than the Dobbins or Columbia Mall location. Because I really like the customer service here better than Dobbins Road & MD 175.

Love to come here with my kids regularly. Staff are always very friendly. Food tastes great!

Stopped by tonight after work, approximately 930pm. Was hungry and hoping the service would be great since it was near closing time.

Chick-​fil-​a is by far one of the best fast-​food places in the state. The staff are so polite and friendly. They have never made any mistakes. I am always satisfied every time I go to the eatery. This a fine establishment and worth your time to come here.

How hard it is it to put a toy in the kids meal? A straw? I’m done! The number mistakes made in the take out orders is beyond ridiculous. It’s not rocket science. It’s a kids meal. I’m going somewhere else.

Kind of mad they removed the regular spicy chicken sandwich and only have a deluxe now… stupid upper management.
Also this definitely doesn’t seem like a Laurel zip code since I think even their Facebook page says Fulton… could be wrong, but don’t think so.

The service is always good at this place. Other fast food spots should learn from this franchise.

Customer service is always wonderful, food is fresh. The places are always clean, drive thru is fast and all of the works are very pleasant. Food is always delicious.

I have never had a bad experience at a Chick-​fil-​A and this location is no different! Food is consistently fresh and hot and made ready-​to-​order. The service is on point and all the cashiers and staff are friendly, polite and never fail to say «my pleasure.» This location is also great because they constantly sponsor school events and fundraisers for the local community and other philanthropic ventures.

Chick filet is always a great experience especially at this location; staff is always friendly and fast. The manager David is especially courteous and will make sure you have a great experience !

I went to this location today and received horrible customer service. The young lady that was taking my order in the drive –thru rushed me and was very rude. I was really surprised considering the fact I ALWAYS receive great customer service when I go to any Chick Fil A. I frequent this location a lot since my job is across the street but I doubt if I’m going back. I tried to call and complain but no one picked up the phone. You guys have definitely lost a loyal customer.

Got breakfast today and this sandwich is described as having a «chicken breast». Where have you seen a full size chicken with a breast this small? Shame on you!

I’m not a frequent patron of chick-​fil-​a but the few times I’ve dined in or used the drive through, it’s been an unusually pleasant experience. Is there a hiring requirement that says only friendly ppl can work here? I’ve never come across a grumpy or even neutral employee. They’re all cheery and helpful. They don’t just take your order or just give you your food. They do it with a smile on their face and in their voice.
The drive through line during the times I’ve gone for lunch is always long but has a person taking orders outside on his tablet in addition to the usual talking box. This speeds things along.
The registers are always fully-​staffed so the order line moves quickly. Plenty of employees around to bring you your order, to carry your stuff to a table if needed, to refill your drinks, and to clear your table for you.
Only negative here is the small parking lot if you’re dining in. Hey, I needed to find something negative to balance out the positive.

Right off of route 29 so you can jump off the main road and back on if you are just passing through. It tends to get a little crowded at times but hey, aren’t all of these locations crowded at times? At least the one’s I’ve been to.
Can’t go wrong with any chicken products here. I love the wrap as well as their chicken tenders.
Fast, friendly and clean, what more could you ask for in a place?

I love Chick-​fil-​A, so it’s no wonder I’m really happy this place is 5 minutes away from church. The staff is always friendly and pleasant. Even during the dinner rush, everybody is smiling… no bad attitudes at all.

What can I say but chick-​Fil-​a is always good. From breakfast to lunch & dinner we are always in the mood for this place.
The shakes are the best ever– super thick and just perfect. I don’t really like the fries but everyone else in my family does. They are waffle fries. We all prefer the fried chicken over the new healthy chicken. So weather you get the nuggets, tenders or the sandwich you will not be disappointed.
I have also order the nuggets party tray several times for parties and they are always a big hit.
The only suggestion is to avoid kids eat free night it is either Tuesday or Wednesday because this place is crazy and tons of kids.

Out of all the Chick-fil-a’s we’ve visited, John Hopkins may be consistently the most professional, courteous, and squeaky clean operation. Often patrons are treated to overhead Christian tunes and employees consistently ask to refill beverages or clean tables.
The location also sponsors a Daddy-​Daughter Date Night several times a year, which is a great way for dads to do something different and fun with their girls. I’ve taken my daughter to 3 and each one has been more elaborate than the previous.

I go here about once a week. Dinner time is always crowded. The drive through line is very long. But once inside, the cashier lines are always available. The place seems to be always overrun by little kids and highschoolers, and their parents. It’s a family place. They even have a play place.
Service is great, they will bring the food out to you if you eat in. It’s well kept and clean.
This is the only decent place to eat fast food in the area so maybe that’s why they get all the business.
It’s kind of hard to figure out how to get into there if you miss the left turn exit, which is separated by a concrete curb. I had someone from the main lanes cut across in front of me.

This is my favorite chick fil a location. I frequent here often. Always friendly service and good food. Never any issues and they do a number of things in the community.
