This McDonald’s is always so clean. Professional staff. Appropriate music. I drive from Laurel to bring my grandchildren here. I wish McDonald’s is Laurel would learn from this location.

Not the best location. I went here for breakfast one morning and they didn’t take credit cards, not sure if it was just that day or if they actually don’t take them. I fished out some cash but I’ve never had an issue w/McD’s not taking credit cards. I waited a little too long too, it’s breakfast, let’s go. Anyway, I don’t go to McD’s very often but this one is not very impressive.

This location is short-staffed on a Saturday evening. I waited in the drive thru more than 10 minutes, and for what? Limp, lukewarm fries? I drove right back around and asked the cashier for some fresh, hot fries. The newer batch was crispier, hotter, and saltier, but not by much. Not only that, but she bagged my sirloin burger sideways, and the burger almost fell out when I took it out of the bag. I remember when this location was built, I used to come here all the time when I shopped at the Harris Teeter. My last two visits here have been a disappointment.

This is one of the most unreliable locations I’ve been to. It’s about 50⁄50 on if you’ll get decent service or not. Here is a summary of my not so good experiences… I was one given coffee instead of hot chocolate, which I didn’t realize until I was five minutes down the road. I’ve had them forget fries in my bag. I was given a salad that was greasy, which I don’t even know how that is possible. They’ve forgotten the toy in the happy meal. And I’m sure there’s more I’m forgetting. The only reason I keep giving them a chance is because they’re convenient.

Went inside with my son’s. What rude service. How embarrassing, you bring your children in an establishment that they like and you get some jackass taking you order. It appeared to be the manager! He obviously doesn’t need my business any more. I will make an extra effort not to use this location any more.

It’s funny how you can have many successful purchases and don’t write a Unilocal review until you get pissed off. The morning crew at the drive thru at this particular branch of McDonalds are wonderful. I’ve been several times without a glitch. They are doing a great job but… I seldom eat anything other than McDonalds breakfast items. Since the hubby is a huge fan he asked me to pick him up a quarter pounder meal with an orange drink. Cool no problem. I decided to get myself a Filet-O-Fish(knowing damn well there was probably no type of fish in the sandwich) and a small iced mocha. Ordered at the drive thru. I get to window number one. You know that pay window. Where I was informed that they didn’t have any small iced mocha’s and I had to get a medium. HUH?! When I asked why, the«manager» told me that it was because the small iced mocha button wasn’t working on the key pad. Okay So the price I was quoted was in the $ 11 range when I was told a price in the $ 9 range at the speaker. HUH?! No, just cancel the iced mocha all together and give me a small coke without ice. Now I’m given a price of $ 13. NO, NO, NO I know the people behind me were mad but explain how the price keeps going up when the item I ordered was cheaper than the iced mocha drink. After a bunch of hemming and hawing no clear explanation was given. I canceled my order altogether and went elsewhere.

Horrible service. I’ve been there a number of times right when they were closing. Lights were on, but was unable to order anything because they’ve «already thrown all the food away.» If they’re going to close and not offer anything from the menu, why don’t they turn off the lights first at closing time, and then stop taking orders through the drive-thru?

My girlfriend & I went here for a late night snack. Of course we went through the drive-thru, It was pretty slow & I had to run back in for more sauces. Words of advice go in & order.

today they were evidentally understaffed. It took several minutes for someone to take the orders in the drive through then waited several minutes for someone to come to the window. there was a huge line forming behind me. The food was fine and the service was friendly but, extremely slow for a drive through

It’s McDonalds. You get what you pay for, and expectations are not high. This McD’s is brand new, clean, well lit, and in a great area. Set up as more of a café, this McD’s caters to the not-children crowd. No PlayPlace, but there are 2 touch screen game kiosks. The games are ok for 10+ simply because of the reading/logic involved.
