I wish that zero stars or minus were an option. I went in signed up and I asked how long the wait is. The man who was on the front mentioned it was a 30 minutes. He did not invite me to sit and relax as he did to the other «white» lady and her daughter so I ended up wandering in Walmart. I came back and the technicians were busy. I requested to be seated on the massage chairs. He came in and the little tube was dirty! He started to add cold water I told him this is cold he was like oh to wake you up. I was up since 6 am and I needed to relax. Now I mentioned that he needs to clean the tube first he was oh it is from your feet! No your tube was dirty. Now am sitting down on the massage chair while he goes without turning the wirpool on. I had to ask another lady to turn it on for me. They have no customer service skills.

I dropped in at 7 PM on a Wednesday night. They were dead. I got the world’s most AMAZING spa pedicure with leg and foot massage and exfoliation and got gel nails and my eyebrows and lip waxed. The employees were very conscientious and sweet and thanked me for my tip, which was very kind. In addition, the services took past closing time, but the employee still finished the job and very well. The only complaint I have is that the «matching» nail polish and nail gel wasn’t an exact match. My toenail polish was darker than my fingernails, but I was happy that the gel color was spot on.

Horrible job!!! I asked them to take off my acrylic nails. The used a dremel tool to sand them down. She nicked my nail bed three times! I paid $ 20 for this?!

This place is awesome! They are under new management now! Erin and his wife are the owners and they are both really nice and great at what they do! I recommend this nail salon to everyone!

I got off work early two days in a row because I’m going out of town to get my nails, feet AND eye brows done. On yesterday I arrived fFIVE MINUTES before closing and was told they were closed, come back tomorrow. Today I arrived THIRTY MINUTES BEFORE closing requesting just a fill in and eye brows and was told by the same man/owner he couldn’t take me. There was one customer finishing up!!! I said to him really, this my second day in a row and you are about to loose a customer. He told me I should’ve made an appointment then they would’ve known I was coming. I asked him really, so you don’t want my business?!! I will never ever patronize this nail salon again as long as I live! How unprofessional and disrespectful. Mind you I work in Bethesda so my commute is a good 45 minutes on a good day and nowhere near my home, only to get dropped kicked in the face. I would NOT recommend this place to my worse enemy! their customer service sucks
