Bay Mist Auto Wash

I’ll be brief, but this is not a good car wash.
There are four car wash bays, & I used one of the two on the left hand side.
You hardly get any soap coming out of the nozzle, or brush. I do not in any way feel that my the vehicle was thoroughly washed at this car wash.
Wow it is very modern, it lacks on the bottom line, which is value.

I went to the Auto Wash here yesterday and it took my money, then said «Sorry, out of Service» but didn’t refund my money or give me a receipt. The website listed on the machine does not exist, and the phone number also doesn’t work. So, I have no way of reaching anyone to inform them of the problem. Very disappointed.

Went here today… the automatic wash took my money and never opened. I tried calling the number for service, but guess what… nobody answered… I wouldn’t recommend using the automatic wash

I’ve used the touchless automatic a couple of times and have been very disappointed every time. They obviously don’t soften their water so you are left with lots of streaks that make the car look worse than when you drove in. Maybe you’ll have better luck with the manual wash. In any case, you should hand dry your car to avoid streaks.
About the only thing this place is good for is to quickly rinse off salt after MdDOT covers the roads in salt before some flurries come in.

I have been going to this car wash since 2008 and had no problems at all. I usually go to the pressurized wash, and not the one with rolling washers (because the rolling ones scratch your finish). I sometimes use the manual (do-​it-​yourself) wash if I wanted a specific area of my car cleaned. Price is reasonable and it does the job well. I guess it’s best if you go there during off-​peak hours so as not to wait in line too long. It opens at 0700 and closes at 2300.

I went to this car wash last night to get a wash and it was a disaster! I used their automatic wash. Upon entering the wash, I heard a loud snap or bang sound. I thought it was the sound of the equipment or something. Well, it turns out it was my spare tire cover on the back of my Toyota RAV4. This car wash actually broke the entire latch and covering for my spare tire!!! I’m so pissed!!! I drove out of the car wash once the doors opened and the next person waiting ran up to my car and said «Your tire cover is in the wash». I looked back and just froze in shock! Seriously, how strong is the wash and what’s wrong with the equipment that it can break something such as this. Ready for this… not only did it break the tire cover, it bent the bottom of my driver’s side door!!! SERIOUSLY!!! This place sucks! I will NEVER go here again and I advise you to not use the automatic wash if you do. Use the wand wash and do it yourself, please! Now, I have an appt. to get my car fixed and it’s going to cost ME NOT THE OWNERS. As we all know, they have that infamous statement where they will not pay for any damages. I’M SO PISSED AS I TYPE THIS!!! I have to find a rainbow out of this madness somehow!
