Enjoy Flowers

I usually don’t review because I’m just lazy but I had to write about this one. I went into store on Thursday 5÷10÷12 and placed an order for flowers for my mother-​in-​law and I specifically asked them what time they close on Saturday. My mother in law was going out of town on Sunday (which was Mother’s day) so I needed to pick them up on Saturday. They told me that although they close early on weekend, they are going to open till 6pm this Saturday because of Mothers day weekend. So we both agreed that I’ll pick them up at 5:30. My nanny was there and heard it all.
So I went to the store to pick up flowers at 5:20 on saturday and guess what, store was closed! I was bummed. It looked they tried to call me at 3:20pm but couldn’t leave me any messages. So I called them the next day and they said that I was supposed to pick them up at 4! (what!!!) they issued me a refund but now I have no flowers for my mother in law. She had already left the town on Sunday and it was too late on Saturday to find a local florist and buy flowers then.
I am sure florists are busy around Mother’s day but this is unacceptable. They didn’t seem to really care much about what had happened and her apology didn’t seem real. I’m never going to use this florist again. So upsetting. :(

Wow!!! Service like it used to be!!! Super friendly and made great suggestions. Good value. I had to visit some other sites in the area and call up, only to be blown off onto the internet. But Enjoy Flowers gave me personal service that was truly caring about the occasion and what I wanted.

Whenever someone sends me flowers from 1−800-flowers, they come from here. I needed some simple carnations for a Valentine’s Day project and decided to check them out. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Parking wasn’t a problem and I was able to get in and get out with the baby in no time. I got exactly what I needed, no fuss. Their other arrangements looked tempting :). I will be back!

Friendly and helpful owner-​operated florist. I was traveling in the Laurel area from out of town and needed flowers in lieu of a bottle of wine for dinner with friends who lived near here. She listened to me carefully, helped me identify a price range, showed me the work while in progress to see that this was what I wanted, and dressed it all up beautifully. The fall seasonal bouquet was a hit with my friends, and the florist’s help was very much appreciated. The customer before me was known to her by first name, so my pleasant experience cannot be unique.
