Awful experience overall. Called in an order for one large pizza and was told it would take 20 – 25 minutes. I arrived 30 minutes later only to find that they had completely forgotten about my order and he just begun making it. Another 25 minutes later my order was up but the pizza was white and undercooked. Ledo’s is one of my favorite pizza places but I’m very disappointed in this location. Don’t plan on returning any time soon.

This is my favorite Ledo location. The crust is delicious! I always order pineapple, chicken, and bacon. I’ve learned that it’s best to get regular bacon and request the pie to be cooked well-done. I also love their Caesar salad.

I love ledo’s… this so happens to be my go to ledo’s. I have always received fast courtesy service when frequenting this location. When placing a to go order I am always quoted the correct timing to expect my pizza to be hot and ready!

They get 3 stars and only 3 because I love the pizza. The customer service needs some work. I call to place a to go order, get put on hold for 5.5 mins, someone picks up the phone and then hangs up without saying a word. I call back, they ask if I would hold and I said«No, I was just on hold for 5.5 mins and I am placing a to go order.» The guy proceeds to tell me that they are really busy and that I have people in front of me. I replied that in the 1.5 mins we have been on the phone, you could have taken my order. He hangs up on me again. I go to the restaurant, place my order, and ask to speak to the manager. The manager tells me that when the staff encounters conflict with a guest, they are told to walk away. He apologized and said that he will speak to the person. As I am telling the manager that his employee hung up on me not once but twice, the little boy is standing there shaking his head yes, pretty much a slap in my face and a total lack of customer service and lack of respect for the patrons who come to this establishment and give that little nitwit a job to come to. Maybe he should realize it’s the patrons who come to this location and spend their money here that makes it possible for him to have a job here and receive a paycheck.

I’m obsessed with Ledo! When my friends come to visit and ask for pizza, I wouldn’t take them anywhere else. From VA to MD, I have yet to encounter bad service when I visit a Ledo location. If you ever get the chance, try the Italian White with Spinach! Reasonable prices and a delicious variety. Get there TODAY, if you can!

Normally, the food here is quite good, but tonight my sister’s food was excellent, mine was not. I ordered a small veggie pizza, which came distinctly under cooked(the veggies were cold & crunchy). What bothered me was the manager’s attitude, he informed me that these were fresh vegetables that I was apparently not used to eating and they are supposed to be that way. I have patronized this restaurant for years and the veggie pizza was never like this in the past. I did then receive the cheese pizza I requested and it was excellent! To the manager, since I had eaten less then 1 piece of the pizza, it was obviously not satisfactory to me, so why argue, just replace it(I had taken 1 slice and didn’t finish it, it wasn’t like I ate half of it). This manager has an attitude problem!

My husband and I eat here at least twice a month. This is definitely the best pizza in Laurel, that I’ve tried, outside of Pizza Hut. Clearly I am bias. Sometimes the sauce is a little overbearing, and other times someone got a little lazy with the pizza cutter, but more often than not Ledo’s is consistent.

Love their pizza. Fried zucchini is best ever! Service is almost always good. They redecorated recently and space is beautiful but cramped.

Like it but not love. friend said it was best pizza in area since I’m new around here. I’m still searching… haha. Slices are tiny and crust is hard to describe, flavorless is best I can say. My husband however really liked it tho.

First thing I want to say is that ‘pre-cooked bacon’ ISNOTBACON! Normally I like bacon a lot. But the bacon that came on my Baby-BBQ Chicken Pizza was tough like jerky and not at all crisp. There’s no telling when the bacon was actually cooked, but I’m guessing long, long before I stepped foot in the restaurant. Most of the bacon pieces on my pizza were downright inedible and I wound up picking off the bacon. I give Ledo’s 3 stars because the rest of the pizza was good, although the BBQ sauce used in lieu of tomato sauce was a little on the sweet side, I would order this pizza again MINUS the bacon.

As much as their corporate will never admit it, many of their locations taste differerent. There is no «McDonald’s-like» quality control with these franchises. Accordingly, I’ve tried about 15 or so locations over the 20 years I’ve been eating from them and I like to get my double sausage/double cheese and green pepper from THIS location. It just tastes waaaaaay better. I’m a Chicagoan and therefore a pizza snob by birth, lol. Hard to replace a deep dish from home, but this does the trick locally.

Searching out good pizza places. Ledo is one of them in the Laurel area. Rectangular very thin crust pizza. Sometimes it’s a tad oily. I find the crust crisp(ask them for well done), the toppings(usually sausage & Pepperoni) are fresh. Sauce is slightly sweet, very addictive. Only criticism is sometimes the cheese is just too smoky. I adjusted & asked for fresh mozzarella and it was fantastic. The sandwiches are very large and fresh and tasty. Desserts shouldn’t be passed by especially the cheesecake/chocolate cake combo. Very fast order, cheerful and friendly staff and a place to sit if you’re waiting for your order. Great pizza, great desserts, great subs.

I treated four out of town guests to lunch at Ledo’s. We were delighted with the new appetizers, especially the bruschetta. We all ordered different dishes and were very happy with our choices. The waiter was beyond excellent and would have been qualified to work at a 5 star restaurant. He was attentive to our every need. I have long been a fan of Ledo’s pizza(50+ years) and feel qualified to say Laurel has the rest beat hands down. We all commented on the newly renovated décor. Kiddos to the owners for their excellent taste. we were seated in their new round corner booth and felt very comfortable. I also ordered two half-baked pepperoni pizzas to take home. I froze them both and just recently baked one of them. Happy to say, it was delicious! Looking forward to my next visit!

I was told this was the best pizza in Maryland. I don’t agree. Don’t get me wrong everything with bacon is good but not to the point the whole pizza is covered with 5pounds of it. The crust is ok but could be a whole lot better it seemed a bit too thin and it turned into a mess because it was soaked in sauce and broke apart instantly. The toppings were awesome despite the 5pounds of bacon on top, sauce was good but I would prefer that sauce on pasta. Overall it was ok.

Great spinach salad with chicken added on. The waiter was exceptionally nice and polite. The location is somewhat cramped, but that’s the only knock I can come up with.

Pizza is really good despite being a little undercooked. Pop it in the oven for an extra 10 minutes at home and you are good to go.

This Ledo’s in particular… I’m almost kinda glad it’s far away, cause my waist line could not support it being closer. The service here was outstanding. I came in with my computer and my waitress was super kind and knew exactly the right amount of touches to make. She was training a waitress at the time and took a second to politely introduce her. I heard as she welcomed 2 tables of regulars of the restaurant. She knew their order by heart, but checked with them on small variations that they sometimes make. I mean, this waitress was on point. Additionally, my caesar side salad portion was large and fresh. The dressing was great(as I expect from Ledos honestly), and the pizza came out with the perfect amount of melty goodness. If I’m laurel again, I’m sure to stop by here, and try and sit in this waitresses section. There is a difficult balance of waiting on someone who is working that is pretty hard to manage. She got it perfectly!

Mediocre, mushy pizza without much care placed into its creation. Ordered the 8″ veggie which came out with a soggy crust and sauce so sweet it tasted like the crap you can pull off a supermarket shelf.

I got the smallest pizza. I guess it’s a personal pan. It crust tasted like an unsalted cracker. Yuck! Not impressed.

THEBESTPIZZAINMD. I always get good service at this Ledo and the pizza is always good. The rest of the menu is ok. It is Ledo Pizza; not Ledo everything Italian. –nuff said
