We rented a sound system from these guys for our wedding reception, which was at Historic Baldwin Hall in Millersville, MD. From the initial email inquiry to the drop off after the big day, they were so professional and on top of it all. They knew exactly what to recommend for our event, they were clear with all the details on cost, had us sign a contract right away to lock in the rental, made sure we had everything we needed when we picked up the system (they ended up throwing in a power strip when we came to pick it up after we realized we’d need that) and through it all, they responded to our emails nearly always in the same day. There was even an emergency number we could have called if we’d had any trouble setting up the system (but it was super easy, so that wasn’t necessary).
