Looking for people whom have been robbed by the two laurel facilities, according to their contract they cannot enforce a lien until 30 technical days, they’ve been bypassing their own contract and charging people late fees, liens and threathning auctions before the 30 days, which goes against their contract and the state of maryland regulations. I am trying to put together a lawsuit, please write a review that you’re interetsed or idk if you’re able to contact me on here. But they shouldn’t be able to get away with this! Also, according to their contract in order to place a lien they have to send a certified letter.

Public Storage in Laurel, MD is the absolute WORST. I was a customer for years and cancelled my space online. They continued to bill me using the excuse that you cant cancel online… even though that is an option. I went to the facility/called the facility and it took two months to get a manager to speak with me… only to tell me he needed to speak to a manager and call me back. Got no call to this day and now they are trying to send my account to collections. Not to mention when changing the locks on my door they damanged some of my property. I would not reccomend them to ANYONE.
