I’ve had a 5×10 here for the past couple weeks and I’m pretty satisfied. The manager Marquis was very nice and the setup process was pretty painless. The entrance to this facility is pretty dark and sketch at night (I think they should install a light in that particular area) and this location is kind of tucked behind a Latino mart. Still, I’ve had no real issues storing here.

I would like to post a review of the awesome service I received from one of Public Storage employee at the Bowie Rd. Laurel MD. I got to the store location to confirm the storage price and check out the space. I got their late but Aqua H. my customer care rep was calm and very helpful in telling me she would stay over her shift to make sure my needs was met. I had a million things on my mind with selling and packing up a house and Aqua reassured me to calm down and we worked through what I needed!!! She was Awesome!!! I wish their was more people in the customer service field that was patient and calm in listening to what your issue are and how they can make it better… Thank you Aqua!!! You made my day and reassured me that everything was going to be okay. Thanks again!
