Public Storage

Prior to my relocating from TX to MD, I exhaustively searched for the closest & most importantly, the most affordable location to my new place. I eventually ended up getting storage in this location. As much as I like the location, the Customer Service Agent who attended to me should NOT be a «CUSTOMER SERVICE» agent. I currently cannot remember her name; but her initials was (CH).
I called the location for more than 15 times before anybody picked up.
I drove there and there was nobody there; though we had an appointment.
I waited 30+ minutes thinking he/​she went inside the bldg with a customer; but no…
Now, about the lady herself…
She eventually called me and we made another appointment.
If there is another word for COLD, it would be too easy for this lady.
She was abrupt, COLD, and sooooooooooooooo unfriendly.
Though she was not outright rude, but she is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE material at all.
Her attitude was to (a) interrupt and (b) bluntly just speak without listening.
She acted as if I was disturbing the meal and/​or whatever she was doing, she was just not a good CSR.
I hope the establishment gets to read this & do something about her.
She acted as if «whatever, I get paid anyway». That was a terrible choice to make a CSR agent for the location. Change your attitude or leave.

The lady on-​site (Sidney) was very helpful and friendly, she walked me thru the facility and assisted me with the lease paperwork. Customer service surpassed my expectations; furthermore, the website is full of online promotions and helpful information. I’d recommend this location to my friends.

This was my first time renting storage space. Jon T was very personable and answered all my questions and was very patient. I would highly recommend this storage facility to all my family and friends.
