Moved my stuff to this facility in the middle of November used the online reserv
tion to take advantage of the special. The place is okay and the person generally on sight is very pleasant. However, if you have any problems (which I did) they are nearly impossible to get on the phone. Also, don’t count on someone being there during the week at the times they post as the office being open.

Looking for people whom have been robbed by the two laurel facilities, according to their contract they cannot enforce a lien until 30 technical days, they’ve been bypassing their own contract and charging people late fees, liens and threathning auctions before the 30 days, which goes against their contract and the state of maryland regulations. I am trying to put together a lawsuit, please write a review that you’re interetsed or idk if you’re able to contact me on here. But they shouldn’t be able to get away with this! Also, according to their contract in order to place a lien they have to send a certified letteR.

Jeveda was absolutely awesome. Loved the quality of customer service I received. Would recommend this storage place to everyone.

I don’t use the storage unit, but my father does, so I’ve been there many times! He loves it, I don’t think he’d use any facility other than Public Storage! He goes in and starts chatting with his buddy Stephen they just have a good old time! LOL
It’s a great location, clean & cool, and Stephen is great at getting you just what you need!
