Stay away from this place! They suck. The lady that did my pedicure didn’t seem to know what she was doing, and consequently made my big toe bleed. She never apologized for it, and she kept aggravating it to where I had to scold her to stop hurting my toe. They also seemed lazy or down on the dumps, like they hate working there. Kills the atmosphere.

I had planned to go to Subway to eat lunch, which I did eventually. I passed by this place while walking to Subway. I thought I would walk in, see how the place is, and what they do. They were super busy, and I thought of coming back another time, but I decided to stay. I looked at their brochure and saw that they do full-face waxing for $ 32, which is a really good price. They took me back to a room that was not very well lit, which made me think how they do their job well. They didn’t even have those special machine lights that a lot of spas do. The lady did my waxing, but she did not do a good job, so I was disappointed in the service. I think her sister Daisy came in and fixed everything. I was so happy then about the results of the waxing that I thought to myself that I will come in again. I came 3 more times and Daisy did my waxing; I was so happy with the results. I went today for full-face waxing because I had gotten too hairy and because I have special event tomorrow I am going to. Daisy could not do my waxing today because she was busy. Sandy did my waxing. I hoped that she would do the waxing well, BUTSHEDIDNOT. I WASDISAPPOINTEDWITHTHEWAXINGJOBDONEBYSANDY. She left hair behind, but she did not remove because she could not see any hairs she said. If I could see it, why couldn’t she? She was wearing her glasses. Maybe if the lighting was better, she could have done a better job. I had a lot of small, thick hairs that could only be pulled with a tweezer. They were visible, but she could not pluck them out because she claimed she could not see them. I had to pluck them out myself. I believe if someone is to give service, it should be good service. That person should do their job right, which Sandy obviously did not. She even got an attitude with me. If I am paying for service, I expect good service, which I did not get today. I have been going to these people for the past 6 months, but I probably will never go back to them again because I can probably find a salon that gives good and proper service. The thing that bugs or shocks me about all this is that they are Asians, and Asians have the reputation of not only giving great service, they also are suppose to be the best when it comes to removing hair because they never leave any hairs behind. In this case, it was unfortunately not like that.

Very professional, courteous and kind people. Linda was excellent! There is a slight language barrier but i like that she continued trying to improve her communication skills. Linda did my mani/pedi and she’s detailed, attentive and helpful. I couldn’t figure out the color I wanted. She chose a few and was very patient through that process… and it’s a Saturday!!! Patience at a nail salon In a Saturday. now that’s something to recognize. The only drawback to the pedi is I think she should have spent a little more on my heels. I would have loved that. :-). Gel mani… perfect. I could have slept. so peaceful. On a separate note and not nail related. a gentleman came in with a bandaged arm, asking if they had anything to wrap his arm in. He said he left the ER room, across the street, because they were waiting to long. I have to admit, that was a little«concerning» and«strange». Linda went right away and got him a towel AND wrapped his arm. I was impressed with the fact she didn’t ignore him nor did she treat him badly. She actually showed him care. I will be back!

I’ve been trying different places to get my eyebrows done and decided to stop here since I was driving by. I walk inside and there was no wait. I followed the older woman in the back and she waxed my eyebrows and continue to ask me lip too. After I said only eyebrows. Anyways she began to massage my face which I wasn’t sure if this was extra but it was relaxing. Everything went well until the next day I wake up and I’ve gotten a burnt mark over my right eye. I immediately showered and headed back to the salon and asked them if I should be concerned about having an infection? They were at first just staring at me then one lady said follow me. We walked in the back in which she said sensitive skin and I explained to her I don’t have sensitive skin. She continued to say sensitive skin then put neosporin on it and told me to keep the container and use. Even tho my eyebrows look nice this mark wasn’t suppose to be part of it. Very disappointed and will never return.

Service is good but sometimes slow. There are only 3 people working here most days. 2 on others. Sometimes you can get lucky and have the whole salon to yourself because there are times when they aren’t busy at all. Men frequent this nail salon more than others i have been to as well. I go here for Pedicures mostly because I normally can get a good massage from one of the ladies that I go to. The gel manicures that I have received didn’t last long enough, I think they use cheap polish.
