Morgan and Morgan should receive no stars. We have been dealing with Doug for over a year now and our panels still don’t work. He is definitely a con artist and a liar. We have 3 people in our neighborhood that have been conned by Doug.

Stay away from this company. Doug Morgan is a con artist. He is a big liar, one lie after another, his word don’t mean anything. He promise you anything to get your money and never completed the work. My house solar project still not finish after 8 months and he got paid in full.
Now I have to sue his company in court to get my money back. Do not pay him a penny until he 100% complete the work, best do not deal with him. you can contact me to get more info.

Stay away from this company. Doug, the owner gives you numerous promises — but all his promises are just words — he never gets the job done. We have had six «100% will be completed by …» text messages — but the roof is still waiting for the panels. We have a term in our family when someone does not honor their word — «doughing»
I 100% agree to Gm Ls review. This company needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau. Doug lies a lot and you better pay a company that keeps their words and schedule.
Contract said 8 weeks — it’s 15 weeks and still waiting for the solar panels to be installed:-(

Zero work ethic, irresponsible, dishonest, one lie after another one. I’ll write a letter to the better business bureau and Maryland consumer affairs because the way this business operates is unacceptable. His price will attract you, but oh lord, pay a bit more to another company and avoid a nightmare and a migraine to yourself by not doing business with Doug Morgan, who is very diligent collecting money but not completing the job. Worst company EVER! Don’t be fooled by what he promises because he doesn’t honor his words. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone.

After months of research and feedback from 6 separate local installers I selected Morgan and Morgan Solar for my project.
Doug is great to work with and his installation team is incredible: Tyler, Jeremy, and the entire team strive for perfection and doing the job right — both aseptically and optimally. It was a great experience seeing a team (of guys) work so well with other in a 100% professional manner. Doug is 100% committed to providing you the best designed system for your location and makes the process truly ‘turn key’. His patience and commitment is there and he will not ‘pressure’ you into making a fast decision. I would recommend Morgan and Morgan Solar to any of my friends who are looking to purchase a quality solar PV system from a reliable company.

I got my solar panel (PV) system installed 2.5 years ago and it was the best decision I made. I’ve seen reduced utility bills, gained access to solar tax breaks, and increased the value of your home.
I went with the Morgan bothers because they get to the point and aren’t the «run the mill» sales folks. The process was simple and explained thoroughly to me so I had everything I needed to get the credits from county, state, and federal.

TRUE PROFESSIONALS. Doug Morgan is a great guy with lots of knowledge and experience in the solar industry. He worked directly with me and found the best syttem for my house and business. I shopped around quite extensively for the best prices and Morgan and Morgan was the one I went with. Their instillation team was also quite good, very efficent and knowledgeable. I have recommended them to many friends who have used them and had no problems and they are getting ready to do my mothers house.
