Was able to make reservations for a group of 15 the day off my birthday dinner, as plans had fell through elsewhere. The owner Naldo? was very accommodating and though he was not available when I arrived, he stopped by to introduce himself later on that evening. Our host was Anthony and he was very helpful. The food and drinks were great and on-time. This spot is truly a pearl!!!

We haven’t been here in a while for no reason than forgetting about this spot. Every time we’ve been here, it’s been an incredible experience! We came for happy hour and it was super chill, friendly and very affordable. The owners and staff are nice, accommodating and very fast. I ordered a burger for $ 6 burger Tuesday and it was very good. The medium rare was actually medium rare! A gourmet burger for happy hour pricing! We got a few hour happy drafts for $ 3.50 each and margaritas for $ 5/ea. Honestly, we couldn’t be happier! Olive on Main has impressed us once again. We won’t be forgetting about this place again. Come here for an incredible experience.

We came into Olive On Main on a whim and oh what a treat!!! The food is amazing!!! We had appetizers, dinner and dessert and one was better than the next!!! Everything was awesome, but I highly recommend the stuffed shrimp and gyro platter!

The atmosphere is nice and cozy. The fiancé ordered a stuffed burger with jalapeños and blue cheese, which was epic! I ordered a bison burger with pepper jack and bacon… Also delicious. The drinks are good, I appreciate how the owner walks around doing quality control. So my original strawberry daiquiri was a little watered down. When the owner came around and asked how the meal was I made a small suggestion about the general quality of the daiquiri. He then made me a new daiquiri to my specifications on the house. That definitely got him 2 thumbs up. Not many owners seem to take that much pride in their service. But I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

We found this little place in our way home to a Philadelphia. Just because of the reviews, we stopped in. Bloody Marys rocked! Bacon wrapped datea-to die for!!! And homemade crab dip with pitas-delish! Highly recommend.

This place is great. The staff is always friendly. Try the fried pickles. And definitely order the salmon. I often order a salmon burger… it’s not on the menu, but they make it for me anyway. The salmon is wonderful!

Just visited again with my wife for dinner. Love this hidden gem. Get the falafel appetizer fried perfectly very light and great flavor. My wife had the special with delicious lamb chops over rice with a nice fresh yogurt dill sauce. I enjoyed the kifta kabob. This will become a regular dining spot for us.

Best wings(no matter the flavor), burgers, hummus platter and DRINKS. The service is great although sometimes you have to wait long if it’s during happy hour. The staff is very friendly. My husband and I usually go on Fridays for happy hour, and we are always satisfied. The taste of the food and presentation are consistent. That’s one thing that i look for when dining out.

Yay — no flies and an enjoyable meal. Started off with those fried mushrooms I love so much. They were still good, though not as plentiful as I had remembered and ever so slightly under cooked. The gyro’s meat was tasty, but the tzatziki sauce was barely there. Instead of the fries, I opted for the chopped Mediterranean salad(chopped green peppers & tomatoes, dressed with mint and lemon). It might have been truly superb if the mint were fresh and the tomatoes, sweet. All in all, it was a good meal and we’ll be back.

I have visited this establishment only but one time and I must say, it was a memorable experience. The hospitality is 5 star along with the quality of the food is almost impossible to find elsewhere in the area. The menu and options are very unique and ranges from all different types of dishes and freshness is obviously present. The staff is extremely kind, knowledgable on their menu, specials and being attentive to your table. Would definitely experience– scratch that, waiting to come back to visit this establishment!

The food was amazing! I got one of the stuffed burgers and my wife got the chicken swarma. The service was leaving a little too be desired but we will definitely be returning!

Delightful! This sums it up in one word. How delightful to find a traditional restaurant with an intimate bar located on a fascinating small town main street. The food is very good and the service first rate. The first time I ate there the owner or manager came to my table to ask about my experience dining with them. I was alone and felt as important as a party of 10. Noise level is moderate meaning I could hear other voices but could easily carry on a conversation at my table without cupping my ear and yelling. I ordered their plate of olives, HIGHLYRECOMMENDED; followed by their grilled chicken caesar. The Caesar was very good and the staff was eager to get me more dressing when I asked. All in all a perfectly wonderful experience.

Great food. Great service. Hummus was fresh and tasty. Tzatziki sauce had a nice tang to it. Had the gyro platter. Generous portion. Quaint window table overlooking Main Street.

I love this place. They do happy hour Mon — Friday which is a huge PLUS. Last night we(my wife and I) went and I ordered the Rodeo Burger with a regular bun. It usually comes with a soft pretzel bun, but I wasn’t in the mood. The only downfall was the server never asked how I would have liked my burger cooked so it came out well down. Outside of that, it was a good burger. We also ordered the Sangria(both the white and the red). It did it’s job.lol. It was okay. Better the first time we had them, but still okay. My wife ordered the gyros. She said they were okay. When I tried it, it tasted pretty good to me. Well seasoned lamb meat and they actually shave it off the mound of meat and not just strips of lamb, so that added kudos to how I feel about the place. All in all, it was a great night, the servers were super busy, but still tried their best to make sure all the tables were taken care of. I HIGHLYRECOMMENDTHISPLACE.

Solid spot! Came here for happy hour with a co-worker and we sat at on of the hightops next to the bar. The bartender was our server and he came over quick, although later on, when the bar was busier, it did take a little work to catch his eye. I had calamari and shared half the crab dip. Both were good, not phenomenal but I enjoyed them. My $ 5 pomegranate martini was tasty, very sweet. Actually kind of tasted like jell-o. Which leads me to believe it wasn’t very strong. The patio out back looked pretty nice, we didn’t brave it on that particular 95 degree day but if I go back, I’d love to sit out there!

Excellent food! And arrived at the table hot. We enjoyed the patio and our serve showed up frequently enough to check on our needs without being bothersome

This place is nestled into such a quiet and quaint old town street. It piqued my interest and of course, had good reviews for burgers, which is starting to be a requirement for every place I visit. I stopped by for lunch on a weekday when things were slow, chose a spot on the patio and ordered a stuffed burger. My waitress was so attentive. It was pretty sunny out, so I went through several glasses of water. Every time I emptied my glass, she was somehow instantly there to refill it on cue. I guess she was watching me. Lol. My burger was cooked absolutely perfectly and the chef even came out to the patio to ask if I was enjoying it. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations.

This is in a place that used to be a indie coffee shop. I guess Starbucks ran it out of business. Too bad. It was a nice coffee shop. This is the sister restaurant to a place over in Takoma Park that sells Mediterranean food. This place sells a little of that but sticks to the staples like burgers and fries. It has a full bar so you can get hammered here if you want but the booze and beer is really only there to supplement the food. The atmosphere is so-so. No great shakes. The waiters(all guys when we were there) are friendly and the service is quick and attentive even if they don’t know all the items on the menu or what they’re supposed to be or taste like. The desserts are also so-so. Still, it’s a tiny step up from the chains in Laurel of which there are dozens. So if you’re looking for a small, off RT1 place(I’d say«off the main drag» but it’s on Main Street) this is a good place to come. It’s cozy and I don’t think it gets overly crowded. Parking is easy. Check it out but don’t expect to be overly impressed.

This is a cute little spot with pretty good food. A nice alternative for people who live in Laurel or surrounding areas that don’t want to drive to DC or Bethesda for Greek/Mediterranean. Plenty of street parking. The staff is polite and friendly. The spot is pretty cozy, except for the window seats in the front of the restaurant that carry in a draft. Other than that, I enjoyed this place. I had the chicken kabob with grilled peppers and onions, also came with rice and yogurt sauce. The chicken was tender and well prepared. My date inquired about a sauce for his salmon(the waiter was a bit confused). m-e-d-i-t-e-r-r-a-n-e-a-n dude what the problem is ?? As he proceeded to dump ketchup on his rice – gross!(Can’t take you anywhere) Although this was certainly no match made in heaven. I will definitely come back next time for happy hour Monday thru Friday from 4 to 7pm.
