Nope never again. Whomever did my nails never introduced herself, or did anything more than grunt so I can’t tell you who I had servicing. The stations weren’t quite as clean as they should have been, and the staff was abhorrently unfriendly. Not to mention she cut my cuticle and I was bleeding — AND she had the lady balls to tell me it was because my hands are dry. Which they aren’t. She then dropped what I assume is rubbing alcohol on it and pat it with a cotton piece. She then used the same bloody cotton ball to wipe excess polish off my hands later. Oh and she filed off allll of my already short nails. And I still have polish all over my skin and fingers. Wonderful. Someone please call state board. All for 35 $ …

The only reason this salon is getting 3 stars is because when I went back to get my poorly done gel manicure fixed they redid it(resistantly with attitude). Have had several good pedicure experiences there before. Doubt I’ll be back for a manicure.

One of the things I really like about this place is how clean, modern and bright it is. They’ve recently purchased new chairs and repainted to compliment the décor. Their color selection is large and frequently restocked. Location is great, easy on and off of 29 and 216, parking is usually pretty open. Love that it’s next to our dry cleaner and Dunkin Donuts. As a few raters have noted, I’ve had to wait here before. If it’s a weekend, I’ve found showing up before 11am helps if you don’t want to wait. After work hours is busy too. Quality of work is pretty good and the staff is very friendly.

I stopped in Pro Nails on a whim. I had an awful experience. I waited 15 mins before even being seen an was never told how long a wait, if any it would be. I will never go there again and it took everything I had in me not to get up and walk out in the middle of my gel manicure. The technician strolled in rummaging through her purse as I sat and waited with my fingers in a bowl filled with acetone at her station. She spoke to all of her coworkers(not in English) and several minutes spoke to me. I think she was even the owner. He never into tucked herself so I don’t know her name. She rushed through my service to take the next person who made an appointment and still waited twenty mins. The customer service was awful and the facility was not as clean as it should’ve been. There was gel on my skin when she finished and she never even fully remove my previous gel. I definitely won’t be going back.

We just dropped by and they’ve upgraded the décor! All new pedicure chairs and new paint colors on the walls too — this to a place that was already pretty. It really matters to me that a place is clean and more than that beautiful! Besides Andy and his wife — the owner is friendly and personable. The staff in general are charming people! Feeling lucky about having this gem right near our house.

Now i know why there are no reviews here yet… they are too expensive! The one star is earned because their décor is on point. It is very inviting and the nail polish choices are plenty. I was almost sold until they handed me a brochure. The prices are for them tax season chicks who feel like blowing money. I will never cheat on Paradise Nail and Spa again where the raw mineral Pedicure comes with hot stones and cost me $ 40 not $ 60!
