Dumpy place. Hotel needs to redo bathrooms and carpets. Bathrooms have cracked tiles, ceiling gaps. Owner needs to renovate.

Two stars is a generous rating. This hotel is filthy, very old, and run down. The breakfast consists of «scrambled» eggs and «fresh» sausage. There is no fruit, not even apples or bananas. I would NEVER stay at this hotel again. Pay the few extra dollars to get a nicer hotel closer to DC or Baltimore. It would be worth it to avoid the filth and the excessively long drives into the cities.

Attention out of town guest!!! This place is ran down and poorly cleaned. They checked me into a dirty room. Please check your linens. Bed full of hair and dead skin. Poor attitude from Gladys and the front desk manager! Not able to handle task professionally and rude when confronted with issues. Halls filled with smoke and bathrooms unacceptable. Pictures included. They also don’t like it when you priceline or try to use other discounts… VISITORS YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

I checked in last week on 12.02 because i couldn’t move in before today 12.08. When i called to make a reservation the first lady was very nice and helpful after I checked in about two days later I went down to reserve more nights to further my stay here and there is a young lady teenager lady she’s very rude and she’s the reason that I did not give this hotel 5 stars. The hotel room is nice sized in fairly clean the bathrooms are nice as well just the shower needs to be fixed a little but all in all I’d give this hotel 3 stars and they have an OK breakfast not too many options and the cable for the TV is staticky.

Came here today to spend the night with my significant other because every other hotel was booked for the night. Left early due to the lack of cleanliness and traces of paraphernalia being used in rooms.
Pros:
— affordable (not really since the extended stay is just ten more dollars) if you’re in a jam.
— front desk person was polite with my check in process.
— hotel staff went out of their way to try and spray my room because it smelled of smoke. (booked a non smoking, but ended up with a smoking)
Con’s:
— décor of the area is extremely poor considering a few of the surrounding inns.
— from what I noticed with the sheets, they failed to wash them properly after other customers have used them.
— the towels had hair strands of the previous users on it (but you get what you pay for)
— their «free WiFi» didn’t even work
Overall, if you need a place to stay for a night just to get some Shuteye or want to bring a mistress to a private establishment without questions, this is your spot. If you’re looking for quality, look elsewhere.

Awesome for the price. We got a discount voucher at the Maryland welcome center, and for $ 70 my expectations weren’t high. However the staff was extremely accommodating, despite our early arrival and parking needs. The beds were super comfy — I love the half size pillows. The room was clean, and smelled nice. Even the sheets were a quality thread count, not the sandpapery percale I’ve experienced elsewhere.
My only complaints were the shower, the hallways, and the windows/​view.
The shower was noisy and the bathtub insert was separating from its bases king it feel a little sponges.
The hallways seemed a little dingy, especially outside.
The windows were dirty, and our room looked out on the dumpster.
Overall, it was great for the price and I would stay again if I were in Laurel.

The room was nice and the right size for the presentation. The carpet could have used a bit of a cleaning and the chairs were not special. The presentation was stupid but not the fault of the hotel.

Lousy area. Windows so dirty can almost not see out of them. Staff is helpful. Nasty dead bug in bathroom. Not worth the $ 100 a nite

Stayed here during the summer and it was the first and last time.

So far, the front desk employee was rude off the start just because we were 15 mins early for our check in time. The hotel has a musty damp smell and feeling. The budget rental, which is located in the lobby, is ancient and the employee who mans the front desk won’t gives us the time of day. impossible to work with…
