This location has definitely gone down in overall quality and service over the years! Yes, I appreciate the renovations and modern feel to the bar, but it’s not enough to keep me coming back here. During one of my most recent visits, my friend and I waited about 20 minutes before someone took our orders(mind you, it was not even busy). The server told us the bar was short staffed that day since two employees called out. Already off to a bad start and my friend was on the fence about even coming here to begin with, but since we were close by, why not? We both ordered drinks and it took another 20 minutes for us to receive them. what the what? So I ordered a martini which I received in a regular class and it was half full. I asked our server if that was a martini and she advised that they ran out of glasses! um… what? there are only 6 people sitting at the bar… I don’t get it. Ok, I’ll try to drink it — tasted nasty! At this point, we didn’t bother ordering food. We asked for our check and that took a long time. My friend asked to speak with a manager, who was very apologetic for us having such a bad experience and offered two appetizer/dessert cards for us to come back and use anytime. That was nice of him but again, not pressed to come back to this location.

STAYAWAY!!! I don’t even know why I still bother coming here for this many years. I always get bad service… The place was almost empty and my girlfriend and I were seated immediately. We sat there for 13 minutes while 2 other waiters kept walking by us and just stared while they took care of their sections. When we got up to leave I told the host the situation and while doing that one of the 2 waiters that were walking by came and said«oh, do you want me to get someone for you?»…Bitch, gtfoh. Smh. OMG I hate this place. We went the one at Arundel Mills.

I’ve been here a few times now and I can say some trips were better than others. Today it’s very calm but it’s also 2:36 on a Wednesday lol. But the bartender Chris is great! He even recommended that I try a stacked burger. With my Friday’s points it will be free! The bar is real chill and I am relaxing enjoying my mojito and waiting on my food to get here. When it’s packed it’s busy, but when it’s empty it’s a real chill atmosphere

I only came here because this was one of the few places open after midnight – we just came from a concert and were starving. I take TGI Friday’s for what it is – a half step up from fast food. Anyway, the service wasn’t bad – we were seated promptly and our waitress came out 10 minutes later. We decided to order from the endless appetizer option(fried green beans, potato skins, BBQ chicken flatbread and spinach and artichoke dip) and two tall Blue Moons. The food came out all at once because it was about 12:30 a.m. which was fine. The potato skins and fried green beans were good, I didn’t have the flatbread but my friend liked it but the spinach dip wasn’t hot – we didn’t eat. Overall, our waitress was good. So why 2 stars – well, it was about 1:40 a.m. and we were giving the check and we paid – we were just finishing up our Blue Moons when the staff started yelling«EVERYBODYNEEDSTOGETOUT!» You know when people act like that it just proves that empty vessels do make the most noise. A cop moonlighting as a security guard/bouncer approached our table and politely said that the restaurant is closing in 10 minutes. That was fine; we weren’t trying to spend the night. Anyway, we got out and don’t plan on going back to place were the staff has no home training. Food: 2.5−3÷5 Service: 1.5÷5 Ambiance/Atmosphere: 2⁄5

Not sure why we stopped in here. I guess it was because we were in the area and the youngest said he wanted a burger. We walked in and there was several open tables in the bar area as well as the dining room. It took the maitre de a good 7 minutes to acknowledge me and that was only after I stepped up to ask him how long was the wait. He then proceeds to ask me if I had already placed my name on the list. My look of shock probably turned him off since he watched me walk in the door and never said anything. Anyways… After he briefly explained that there would be a 20 minute wait we decided to stay since it was raining/snowing outside. That was at 9pm. We were seated at 9:13pm and there were about 9 open tables. I’m not sure what the delay was but the front end customer service is horrendous. Our server visited the table promptly and took our drink order since we had time to spare we already knew what we wanted to order. That was 9:19pm. We placed out order for the Jack Daniels burger and fries, Jack Daniels Steak and shrimp and the Bourbon Mahi-mahi with two sides. Our food arrived at 9:45pm. For the most part it was correct. I was given mashed instead of seasoned fries with my steak but I didn’t complain. It was hot and ok. In end our waitress saved the day but I can tell you we will NOTCOMEBACKHEREAGAIN!!!

That Unilocaler named George. S ISNOTLYING. He’s telling nothing but the truth. I went there on a Friday night to get a quick drink and have some convo with a co-worker. Biggest mistake ever. Okay, so I walk in around 11:30pm and it looked a little crowded. The hostess was extremely polite and told me it would be about a 15 – 20 minute wait for a table. I agreed and sat down. Shortly thereafter, I was informed that my table was ready and I was then ushered to the back. Let me say this right quick. If you’re assigning people to tables, please make sure the table is clean and presentable. There was some trash left on the seats and that was absolutely disgusting. I finally got seated and the server comes over and informs me about the drink specials they were having. Now let me not forget to note that the server was also extremely polite with me. She informed me that they had $ 4 dollar Long Islands, so I decided to get one of those. The drink literally took 20 freaking minutes to arrive. 20MINUTES!!! At least the server came back to my table and was upfront with me and told me that their bar was backed up, but it was on it’s way out. 20 minutes is a longtime to wait for a drink. It kinda reminded me of being on one of those Bar Rescue episodes where the bartenders are doing a piss poor job and Jon Taffer yells out«Who wants a drink!?» and they’re holding up a bunch of $ 20 dollar bills indicating they’ll happily spend their money if only they could get some service. So the $ 4 dollar Long Island wasn’t good at all. You’re probably saying«What do you expect for a $ 4 dollar Long Island?!» True. I didn’t feel a thing. The server came back and I asked her if I could get a Top Shelf Long Island. She quickly put the order in. Then I asked for the Pick 3 Shareable Appetizer. I got the Memphis BBQ Boneless Wings, Loaded Potato Skins, and Chicken Pot Stickers. $ 13 dollars is a lot of money for an appetizer, but it was a complete waste of money. The chicken came back cold and the sauce wasn’t completely covering them. The pot stickers were cold and chewy and the loaded potato skins were just terrible. I can’t even call them«loaded» because all they did was drizzle a little bit of cheese on them and a few sprinkles of bacon. They’re even cutting corners now with how much you get because you don’t even get a full plate of food for your appetizers. They’re cutting a whole potato into 8 pieces and they’re only giving you 4 of those pieces. That’s complete bull crap and I felt like my money was wasted. I was gonna put an order in for a zombie because I needed something to make me forget that terrible food, but I asked the server first if they had any Bacardi 151 and she said they didn’t. What a waste of a Fridays location. Don’t bother going there. Also, I noticed that it was a bunch of teenagers and very young adults at this location. Too much moving around for me and too much going back and forth to the bathroom. They acting real kiddish at this location.

Fairly large party with empty bar and restaurants. We had one server and the rest of the employees hung around doing nothing instead of helping our server out. food never came for 4 people in our party, they forgot to ring it in. Food was slapped together and took 2 hours to get served, well some of us. You get the idea, just a really bad dining experience with low motivated employees.

Wow what a disappointment. Complete disarray. Came in at 6:30 on a Saturday night they wanted my name for the waiting list with about 15 tables open in the place. I asked are you short handed? I was told we are in the middle of a shift change. Really at 6:30 on a Saturday night. Then I waited 20 minutes for a beer. Then the food was okay but my sons hamburger was like a hockey puck. Nuts and bolts: sometimes hard to get someone to answer the phone order is usually right, 4⁄5 times food doesn’t disappoint when order is wrong the staff is efficient with handling the situation take forever to cook your food inconsistent quality Decent take out experience, the food is good, never blown away.

Terrible service. 8 simple orders and 3 of them wrong. Impossible to get them fixed. Finally just gave up. While we were explaining to the manager about the problems, the table next to us joined in with their additional complaints about the same waiter. Manager fixed our bill fairly but it was too little too late in terms of an enjoyable meal. We were just passing through so we won’t be back regardless but we wouldn’t go back anyway.

Friday’s has always been my daughters favorite place to go for her birthday and for our lunch dates. Well today was her birthday and we went the waitress was the worse. When I asked her she want coming to our table to get us refill or to give us our check. I had to walk to the back and ask for my own box… She stated she had 3 other tables besides my table. I was siting in the middle of 2 of her tables and the 3rd one was across from mine. It didn’t make since since she walked by us 8 times and yes I counted as I chewed on my ice to wash my food down cause my glass was never refilled. I asked for a manager and my husband pulled her to the side as she the manager leaned up against a wall as he spoke to her. Not very professional! I watched my waitress climb on the counter in the back where my food is put before it comes out. They laughed, joked in the back where they were pretending to fight. Where was the manager who knows. All I can say as we left very unhappy and will not be going back. Poor management, poor waitress another Laurel business gone down hill

So I was having a down night so I decided to call a friend and go out for a drink. The only place I could think of was Friday’s. Upon arrival at 10pm on a Tuesday night it was jamming and not too packed. The music was nice and bar area was lit. When we sat down we were immediately greeted and asked for our drink order, which by the way the prices were amazing. We ended up getting the Apple Crown punch and it was a hit and it was only $ 5. I didn’t order any food this night but the menu was amazing tasty looking and priced reasonably. I must say this Friday’s might be my favorite by far. Also the points for having a Friday’s app/card which is free is amazing, I get free nachos and free food with accumulation. Check em out yall.

Came here for happy hour… never again at this location. They literally sell mixer juice and call it margaritas and long islands. Yeah I get during happy hour they’re 3 $ but if you’re drinks are weak at happy hour I’m not coming back regular hours because I’d assume your drinks are weak period. Food was decent bar food. Got wings and craft beer pretzels. I’d have given it 3 stars but waitress was in attentive and when I asked her to turn it up alil on the drink she said I’ll see what I can do but they’re 3 $…um ok. I guess I’ll pay for my items and go to to the Fridays down my street where they actually ciss. …like never again lol.

It was bad. The waitress had no idea what gluten-free was in relation to food. They had no gluten free menu so I ordered a salad. They came with crutons. Our food was not very good, dried out and not really hot. For desert I ordered a chocolate milkshake for my boyfriend’s son. When she brought it I tasted it, thought it tasted funny. Here she brought us an alcoholic drink. It was $ 8. She refused to take it back to take it off the bill. Giving alcohol to minors. Very bad business.

Saturday night fun with the bestie, Great. I have never been to this Friday, but it was jammed packed. We found seats in the bar area. It was packed. Our server came over 5 minutes after we sat down, and said she will be back over to us. We said cool. 20 minutes later she came back over. We already knew what we wanted when she came back over. Food took another 20 minutes to come out, it was great the first time around. We ordered the endless apps, but for the second time around, it wasn’t our order. She wrote the order down before leaving the table, so you would think that it is the right order being placed. That happened 2 more times. I ordered nachos, and they were so cold when they came out. Had to send them back. We got other peoples food, during this time for another 10 minutes. We were so over this that we got the check and left. Never on a Saturday night again…

I went on a Friday for happy-hour. Was greeted by the friendly staff and gave great recommendations. She was hard to reach and for her to come to the table it would be at least 8minutes each time. I Ordered from the happy hour menu and got the siracha buffalo wings which were delicious but skimpy on the portions. Fried green beans which were ok. Flatbread chicken pizza was good. All these items were $ 5 When the receipt came, I was charged regular prices. I disputed and she took off $ 8. I examined the receipt again and it should have been another $ 5. She fixed the receipt this was a 20−25minute process. I have been here before on different times of the week since its so close by and my experience is always so-so. This time marked it to be the last.

Would probably give zero stars if I could. Service is absolutely horrible. Went this past Tuesday could not even get a bartender on our side of the bar. Food came out and we had no utensils to eat. This was my final chance given to this location. I will stick to my location in Columbia a little more of a drive but a lot better service.

My experience was OK. Went on a Saturday so maybe that was all I should have expected. The service was good once I grabbed the attention of another server. As always I like to break down my restaurant reviews into three categories. Service: 3.5÷5 She wasn’t bad but it took her longer than it should have to at least just identify herself. Moderately attentive with no noticeable attitude. Quality of Food/Drinks: 2.5÷5 They were out of tonic water so I had to drink my gin neat with a glass of water on the side. Not quite the same experience. Food was sodium HEAVY but at least she kept the water’s coming. Ambiance/Environment: 3⁄5 Music was solid, mostly hip hop and a little top 40. Nothing special but nothing bad which in my book is OK. Even though I’m anti chain restaurants I still think place is slightly better than Buffalo«Tiny» Wild Wings. I mean it’s hard to avoid sodium pretty much anywhere you eat.

Hmm… What do I start… It’s hit or miss when going to or ordering take-out. Last experience I had with Friday’s in Laurel wasn’t a good one. Coming from Burtonsville, I drove to Friday’s after calling in 2 Jack Daniels Sirloins, one with mash & broccoli, the other with double broccoli. Shouldn’t be that confusing of an order right? Well I cues it was to this guy. NOTE: Always check the food before leaving. Again, we ordered two JD steaks. So I get to the restaurant, wait about 15 minutes, pay AND tip the guy, just to get home and find out that the main item wasn’t included… I mean, yes the steaks were there but THEREWASNOJACKDANIELSSAUCE on or even on the side. Being that I was already ba k in Burtonsville, I really didn’t want to drive back there plus by this time, the kitchen was closed. I wasn’t happy because if I didn’t want JD sauce, I would’ve just ordered to plain sirloins. I didn’t have any steak sauce in the fridge so I decided I would go back in hopes to get new steaks because by this time the steaks were getting cold. The manager just offers me more JD sauce than I really need. Doesn’t offer a free desert, doesn’t offer to give me a free Appetizer card, but he did tell me that next time we come in to eat that he will give us 2 free steaks. Now, you might think that THAT is a good thing, and maybe it is, but as I write this while hungry, and ponder the thought of having to call this guy and say, «Hey, it’s the guy with the two Jack Daniels steaks that you promised to give us two free new ones». Just makes me feel a little uncomfortable because I think I sound like a bum or that I’m pressed about something that happened a week or so ago. Now if he had given me a card(btw, he said he didn’t have any at the time… Hmm), stating two free entrees, I wouldn’t feel so bad. Now it’s 8:55PM Saturday, and I’ve been calling there for 20 minutes only to keep getting a busy signal. I just wanted to make sure he’s working before I go in there expecting steaks that will come out looking how the menu describes. Hey it together TGIF… You don’t order flowers you girl on Valentine’s Day and just show up with the vase.

Food was okay. It was cold when they brought it out. They also didn’t put in my order until 15 min after I ordered. They gave us the appetizers but there were no plates or napkins. Well, there was one roll that was already on the table. This is my second time dining at this location and the service is terrible as usual. The host was very dry upon entrance. She acted as if she didn’t want to be at work… sidenote change jobs… We sat down and our waiter came over mind you no one ever met her outside of her job she began interrogating us by asking random things. After question and answer series we ordered our drinks and food. I got one refill all night but she made sure the rest of the party had refills. The food was just ok my order was messed up. I mean all I had was a burger with enough lettuce for a horse. but hey rule #1 never send food back lol… this place turns into a club after 10pm maybe they should install a pole to match the dj…#TURNUP
