I showed up for my 7:00 hair appointment early. They said that whoever I had talked to that day didn’t put me in the system and that I wouldn’t be able to get it today. After not wishing to make another appointment, they said I could be taken care of at 7:15. About every 10 minutes I’ve been told «I just need to blow dry, give me 5 minutes».
