HORRIBLE!!! Me and my mother wanted to get mani’s and pedi’s on a slow Friday afternoon. Walked in and the woman at the front desk continued to talk on the phone ignoring us for the first five minutes. When she finally looked up and we told her what we wanted she said they could not take us today bc they closed at 6pm. We got there BEFORE 5!!! They did not even give us the option to allow us to wait until the other customers were done!!! I will NEVER walk back in there again!!!

great little salon in Lavallette, NJ — best on the island for sure. In a great location next to a coffeeshop and two womens clothing boutiques. Very boho chic. Will be back soon!

INLOVE WITH THIS PLACE. Special shout out to Britany who is the best at manicures and pedicures. The vibe in here is so chic and fun and they all make you feel really special not to mention its beyond clean. I highly recommend stopping by they will serve you coffee and make you feel like a million bucks — prices are just right too!

Polished and Things is adorable in such a sophisticated way. Marissa and Jennifer took myself and 2 of my bridesmaids as walk-​ins and gave us beautiful gel Mani-Pedi’s. Marissa especially had such a calm sweet energy, that it made the stress of wedding week disappear for a while! I even came back in the next day with my sister to have my brows/​forearms waxed, which I hadn’t done before. She made us tea brought us both to the waxing room and it was like the 3 of us were old friends.
I highly recommend Polished & Things!

This is the cutest place and the ladies that work here are absolutely amazing at what they do & so sweet. Came in to the salon with my sister a few days before her wedding… Marissa and Jennifer did an amazing job on our gel mani/​pedis and Marissa also did all of our waxing which was quick & easy. Definitely recommend this place!
