Hidden inside the Saigon Market is a bakery and Cosmic Fist. Freshly made Mexican food and breakfast all day on the weekends. Food is good, fresh and there are lots of healthy options especially for kids. Order to go or relax and watch soccer games playing on multiple TV’s. Table service if you eat in; staff takes care of you here.
I tried their menudo this morning and it was a good broth, generous tender tripe and all the accompaniments. I do like mine with hominy, but having freshly grilled warm tortillas made up for it.
Bonus is that you can buy fresh produce, meat and fish at the market after you’re finished eating.
