Our Wedding date 11÷21÷15… Where should I begin? Let’s start at the beginning I suppose. Spring 2014 we met with Carlos and to be honest we were a bit apprehensive. We didn’t know what to expect. We knew how much we wanted to spend and were worried that we weren’t going to get what we wanted. But damn was I shocked. Carlos gave us a menu that included things that I never could think about. At first we were gung-​ho to have all Mexican food… But after some thought we decided not because we’re Mexican anyway and eat that food every day!!! Lol. So we went back to Carlos and settled with an Italian inspired menu. Chicken with fettuccine, grilled zucchini, scalloped potatoes, and mesquite grilled tri tip and a ceaser salad… I couldn’t believe that they keep everything in house. And if they don’t have it, they know people… We had our chairs, linens, and center pieces done by Carlos and his team. Rosa, his wife hit a damn home run with those orchid center pieces with floating votive candles… Don’t even get me started about our top notch bouquets for our bridesmaids and my wife… I was floored when I saw them. Incredible. Even our photographer had to stop and take a detailed picture because Rosa used cabbage as well. It was stunning!!! It was such a comfort to know that all of our needs for our big day were going to be met by the same company of people. At any time if we had a question they were there to answer our questions… No matter how far away or close the date to our ceremony was. They made it so easy!!! It was not stressful at all!!! They only thing we had to worry about was our idiot family complaining about no kids, lol!!! But really if you’re considering hiring elegant event decorations, do it… I promise you that you will not be disappointed. OMG! What is there not to say about Carlos & his wife Rosa’s Elegant Event Decoration Services?! They are more than amazing! We promise you’ll be more than grateful and happy with their hard work and dedication! If it weren’t for their help with working with our ideas and budget for our wedding ceremony and reception, we don’t know what we would’ve done. We were able to plan months ahead and when the day arrived we had nothing to worry about, everything was under control. Carlos, Rosa and their team got our Ceremony location prepared and Reception, with no mistakes or last changes. They were amazing! We could not believe our eyes when we walked in the ceremony and reception. We could not believe this was our wedding celebration! Please make sure to meet with them and share your ideas, you will get more ideas from Carlos and Rosa and have an amazing event, everyone will remember! All our guests were surprised and loved it! We had so many compliments that day of how our locations looked and attendants that served and were attentive to their needs!

We worked with Carlos and his team for our wedding this past September.
I must say that Carlos and his team exceeded my expectations for my special day and worked hard to turn my vision into a reality.
Every aspect of the event was on point from begin to end including the food. AND, Carlos even upgraded my reception chairs for free!
All my guest were beyond impressed with our event and we received numerous compliments from my guests.
Carlos is very flexible and is willing to work with your budget and or situation.
My only complaints are that our officiant via another vendor that was included in the package was out to lunch and messed up both of our names after he randomly rambled on doing our ceremony which SEVERAL of our guests commented on… But overall this is a good family owned company to work with for brides on a dime.

We used Elegant Events for our daughter’s wedding in May 2014 and Carlos and his team did an excellent job. Carlos worked with us to personalize the reception to what we wanted it to be. He was very open to our ideas and then really came through with great appetizers for the cocktail hour, a fantastic dinner menu and a delicious taco bar. Extremely professional and great customer service from everyone on the team! The venue looked amazing and the attention to detail was spot on. Their prices are very reasonable for everything you get. We are still receiving complements on how great the food was! Unfortunately, we did take one star off because the brazilian style tri tip and chicken that we had at the tasting was not what we had for our dinner menu. The tri tip was more like a roast and we had a bbq chicken that was covered in a rub. Although the food was delicious; it was a little disappointing that we didn’t get the brazilian meats we had tried at the tasting. Overall, Carlos and his team came through with a spectacular event and delicious food!

Top notch in every aspect! We had our annual awards banquet and it was amazing from start to finish thanks to Carlos and his staff. Classy, friendly and flexible are the three words that come to mind about Carlos. Every detail was covered and the room, the food and the audio/​visual services were perfect. We look forward to working with Carlos and his company for years to come and if I ever need a caterer for my own personal events I will most definitely be calling him for that as well.

Carlos and his team catered our wedding. We are so happy with everything they did that day. The food was great and the reception hall looked amazing. The staff was professional and efficient.
Carlos is a pleasure to work with. He was very flexible– meeting us whenever we asked. He created a delicious menu and worked with an Indian caterer to ensure that Indian cuisine was incorporated in the menu.

The major thing I loved about my caterer, was the fact that they could provide as little or as much as you need for your event. They can handle all the of the linens, the flowers, the decorations, the planning, the food and there’s no nickel and diming for every little item. You want chair covers… included, you want real plates and utensils… included (you’d be surprised how many caterers try to charge you for this). I told him what I wanted… one price… done!
The day of I didn’t have to worry, I knew everything would be set up beautifully, the food would be great, and I could trust them to create the vision that I wanted. My only concern is that I’m a detailed person, and they aren’t exactly the type of people that sit there taking down every single thing you say. Was it a problem? Not really, a couple of things weren’t EXACTLY how I asked, but in the end it all fit the vision I was looking for and I did tell him I’d trust him to make it beautiful. The decorations were beautiful, the staff helpful, and Carlos and his wife (amazing florist!) are a fun couple to work with.
As for the food, I’ll premise this by saying we had a VERY large menu, with an extremeley large variety of items including dance hour snacks. However, I was a slight bit disappointed in the food the day of. The food was good, everyone loved the variety, but I have to say the food I had at the tasting was so much better than the food the day of that I was expecting the same thing and my expectations weren’t fulfilled. Granted I have to give them a break… when you’re cooking that many variety of items… I have to be flexible enough to realize that large quantities make a difference, however the food tasting can be a bit deceiving because the day of my biggest problem was that some of my favorites items were a bit overcooked.
Still overall a great company to work with and I would definitely hire them again.
