Wingstop

Wings was delicious like always but the service was terrible I looked in my bag for ranch dressing it was supposed to be in the bag when I told the employee I didn’t have Ranch she charged me an additional $ 0.95 Ranch to be complementary to the wings. This is the only location charge you for complimentary wow so petty don’t go to this location.. .

I have never ever left a review for anything, but for the love god I had to for this place. Wings was horrible!!! This way the first time going to Wingstop. I just had to try it, because I didn’t want to cook them myself. Dry, small and hard, as if they were left out in the sun next to a big hill of Sh@#!!! How can you screw wings up!!! DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE. I hope they are not all like this. ps-​The sauce was good.

I usually go to this wingstop because the wingstop off of Artesia and Crenshaw is horrible. By that I mean there customer service. But I usually get boneless lemon peppered wings or the Louisiana rub oh and let me not forget to say ASK FOR THE FRIES EXTRA LEMON-​PEPPERED!!! your welcome !

I went here today for the first time. I am so disappointed on how my order came out. I ordered the 8 peice combo bone in. I wanted the wings plain with the sauce on the side. The wings them selves where under cooked I ate 3 of them and I couldn’t eat any more it started turning my stomache. Omg the absolute worst food I have ever ordered from a wing stop. Then the made sure that they half ass put the top to one of the sauces I had got on the side an it spilled all in the bag. Service was horrible the guy that took my order didn’t smile at all an had no personality what so ever. I felt like I owed him the money instead of being a paying customer. Other people that walked in after me an got there order before me so I feel like I was given this uncooked food for a reason. I knew I should of told them to make the wings extra crispy.

The girl in glasses was really rude. She was avaliable to take my order but stood there. When i try to get a refill she helped someone else who was behind me and walked away when she was done.

Who DOESNT love Wingstop?!? Their lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan are to die for… But really I only go here because my boyfriend is a die-​hard fan –_​-​. We always end up ordering and waiting more than 30 minutes for our food… So take my advice and order online or over the phone THEN come in to pick up. Even if it’s a weeknight because this place seems to ALWAYS be busy!

Small wings and they over cook them as well. The app works like a charm though. Cashier was nice and pleasant. But couldn’t get over that they serve little chick wings. Crispy ones at that.
⁴⁄₁₃ The customer has spoken! Don’t know if they’re under new management or if the former dining experience was anomaly. The wings were not overly cooked and they were a decent size. However they need to clean the wings better. Nobody wants feathers on their wings. You’re getting close to a higher rating.

This has to be the worst wingstop I’ve encountered. Every time I visit this location, even with a phone order, its still a 20min wait day or night and the order is never correct. Unfortunately this is the closet location to my home, but I’m willing to drive farther out if that means I’ll get better service.

Make sure you order before you go here unless you want to wait around and feel old, because this is where all the middle and high school kids go after school. It’s a hot spot for the youngsters on Friday nights where kids go on their first dates after the football game. Aww.
The food has always been ready whenever I order beforehand, and consistent. Try getting lemon pepper on your fries, yum.

I went in last night with my boyfriend we were craving some wings. We get there and we are welcomed my boyfriend starts ordering and the cashier is over here busy talking to the cook who is at the front. After she takes my boyfriends order she doesn’t even acknowledge that I am there she’s just looking at him and doesn’t even ask if I was going to order something. She charges him and keeps eye contact with him. I was fucken pissed off I didn’t even want to be there no more. She didn’t even take my order I didn’t want nothing at the end I was so upset. When my boyfriend got his order his lemon pepper wings were salty af and had so much oil. I honestly don’t plan to go back to this location.

SERVICE: First off, this is the ONLY Wingstop location I go to. But that’s about to change. I used to come here on a regular basis. Everyone was so friendly. There were two employees in particular that knew me by name and helped me out every night. Unfortunately they no longer work here. All new staff were hired and I think they made a big mistake. I didn’t get the employees names but whoever was working at 10:00 PM tonight (manager needs to have a talk with them) one: we were not greeted for our visit two: our food was delivered cold three: as we were eating we hear all of the employees in the back talking about smoking weed and having sex. Some people do not want to here that! I found that very rude and unacceptable. Fourth: did not repeat back the order or when we received our order it was wrong.
FOOD: I always get the flat lemon pepper bone in wings. You can’t go wrong. In my opinion all of the other favors are crap. Tastes like straight powder. A bit pricy if you order for more than 3 people. .69 cents for ranch? Come on. Also, I specifically asked for light ice in my soda and come to find it it was filed to the top with ice.

I called and ordered my food ahead of time the lady told me 14 minutes as soon as I got there it was ready exactly the way I special ordered it, the employees were very friendly great customer service and awesome food

it is never fun to give a business a rating this low. i have never been to this location before until i came before the super bowl. i understand that buying wings before the biggest sporting event of the entire year is akin to looking for a full turkey dinner the day off at the market. heres why the 2 stars are given.
i ordered online via their website the night before 50 wings, and picked the pickup time. ive ordered using their website before and when the time slot wasnt available it wouldnt let me order. all the times ive been to wingstop in the past i always give them 15−20min extra due to the nature of huge orders. this time being super bowl i figuered since the website still allowed me to order and pick a timeslot they would have it under control.
when i arrived at the location there was a line out the door. inside it was pure chaos. people ordering on the spot, people who had called in orders, people who had placed online orders, etc. some people waited longer, some shorter. they told us to wait in one line regardless. the employees really seemed like they were trying to figure out the mess. there didnt seem to be any particular order in which they were making the wings. what they should have done was stop taking orders at some point, or closed the doors until they caught up.
they had the chance to get it under control and the manager did nothing but say sorry. being that it was a hot day they could have offered everyone waiting a free drink or something. when people asked for extra ranch dressing they charged for it. too bad they screwed this one up. they should have known it was going to be this busy.

I ordered my wings online the day prior to the super bowl with a 1:45pm pickup time. When I arrived my order was not ready. They proceeded to manually enter it into the computer which means I am waiting as if I was a Walk in customer. Very rude and unprofessional manager. This was My first and last time ever.

Always a long wait whenever I come here. I recommend ordering on the phone about 15 minutes before you go. But the employees are always really nice.
I always get Lemon Pepper, which is my ultimate favorite. Mondays and Tuesdays are when the boneless wings are 60 cents.
Sometimes the fries that I am given aren’t very good but I love the sweetness and saltyness. And their ranch is soooo good.

Possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Waited for 40 minutes just to get my order and I come home to see that my order was not even right and that the fries were the left over ones. I tried to ask if my order was coming up and none of the employees bothered and just completely ignored us.

Meh, I’ve tried better wings somewhere else but my second option for wings is always wingstop. They have gotten our order wrong only ONCE at this location, but it was a quick fix and we were back on the road. Normally I go for their boneless wings, original hot have a nice hot kick to them if you love spicy. And to even it out I also have their lemon pepper wings which are my favorite! Also, instead of ranch dressing I ask for lemon pepper sauce which makes my wings taste even better. Top that off with a Coke and your good to go!

First time ever eating at a wing stop. And to say the least I don’t see what the big deal was. I mean granted wings were okay. But not great. The menu Is extremely over priced in my opinion and the service sucks. You have plain view to the back where your wings are being made and I mean I’m all for having fun at work abut I don’t like waiting 20 – 25 minutes waiting for a batch of 10 wings. And no there wasn’t a big line. So I don’t understand.
This location was really small .
I won’t be eating at this one or any wing stop for that matter.
