Red Motoring

I had a phenomenal experience with Red Motoring. I found a very attractive 3 series at Red Motoring through TrueCar. They gladly honored the TrueCar price. They also did all of the following:
–volunteered the Carfax report, which was totally clean;
–drove the car to a BMW dealership for an independent inspection;
–when the BMW dealership couldn’t accommodate the inspection, drove it to an independent mechanic for the inspection;
–gave me 2% off the purchase price in exchange for paying in cash (to make up for the lost credit card points I would get);
–were totally honest and forthright throughout the whole process.
They are really excellent. A third-​party mechanic I called about an inspection volunteered-​without being prompted-​that these guys are the real deal. I spent the most time dealing with Alex and Rich, but they all seemed great. Highly recommend them.

I was looking for a family car and nice so i went to 7 dealers and this one was the best in everything, bought an Audi 2007 A4 black, the car had some imperfections but they fixed it without hassle, the exterior of the car is clean, engine is super clean and also run great, customer service was excellent and the manager was very helpful and nice, I really recommend it if you want a cheap and nice car also they will work with you with your monthly payment

Bought a 2000 BMW 740IL

Exceeded my expectations! So glad my friends recommended Red Motoring. Found a great used car and was able to get excellent financing despite my not-​so-​perfect credit. Very friendly, honest employees. My friends were right. Best used car lot in California.

My girlfriend and I recently moved out here from NY. After much research, I decided to finally land myself with Red Motoring.
For starters, I did read some bad reviews beforehand while we were still in NY but I chose to give them a shot anyway.
The entire experience was a ⁴⁄₅. Not perfect as I had to wait for the lot manager to show up before we could start the serious paperwork. Mind you, we were crunched on time as it is because our movers and other people were coming in within minutes of each other.
Other than that, the staff was very welcoming. Hasan does a great job mediating between clientele and supervisor. Mike is a great guy once you finally see and talk to him. They worked with us on our finances and kept it legit. They even fixed some issues the cars were having a couple weeks later without giving us any lip whatsoever.
All in all, I would recommend them to anyone trying to get a decent car at a decent price. Staff was great, cars are in good order.

I purchased a car from this dealership and less then three months of having the car it wouldn’t start. When i contacted the dealership about this problem they gave me the run around until my warranty was over and refused to return any of my calls. This company gives false information just to sell a car and are very dishonest. I would advise if you’re looking to purchase a car go with a different dealership Red Motoring is not a reputable dealership. It with be the best decision you’ll ever make.
