If I could give this place zero stars I would. I’ve been trying to find a good chinese takeout ever since Chongs closed in RB. I tried this based on the reviews that it was okay. Sorry, it is far from okay. Cheap, yes. 7 bucks for a 3 item combo. The rice was dry. The chow mein was the orange noodles and tasted sour. The orange chicken was just plain nasty. Thick breading, over cooked, the thigh meat inside dry as a cork. Even my 5 year old said«mom, i can’t chew this!» The broccoli/beef was questionable if it was beef and there was only two pieces provided. The teriyaki chicken again thigh meat, came with skin on(gross!) and was tough and overcooked. We barely ate half and threw the rest away. Ten minutes later the MSG headache is here. oh and who doesn’t put a couple fortune cookies in the bag? My kids were so disappointed. DONT waste your time and money. I would have rather bought a $ 5 dollar Little Caeser’s Pizza next door(yuck, right? it would have been WAY better than this crap).

Rude, very pushy I was going to add a third item and they didn’t want to give me a box container for it. business must be pretty bad if they can’t afford a third item container for my item. The pork is totally funky, the flavor is not right. Canton noodles very average the food is usually cold here I don’t know why I came back. there really is another place except panda across the street. My bad. And the music playing sucks.

As Chinese Express restaurants go, It’s not too bad. The people are nice, and the portions are generous. parking spaces in the lot are limited because of the volume of strip mall business. Clientele is diverse. However, I think that offering free Wi-Fi would really boost their business.

Great spot for budget and quality. Good chow mein, which I usually don’t like. Orange chicken had me tickled pink with awesomeness. Broccoli and beef was quite delicious as well. Broccoli was crunchy, not too much. Beef was juicy and cooked correctly. Yummmmm hot and sour soup. Yeah I was hungry

Mom n pop shop Chinese food, for the most part they keep the shop clean. Customer service isn’t the best in the world, but they aren’t rude either. Jalepeno chicken is the best! Orange chicken, bbq pork, broccoli & beef, everything else is just as good too. For me, I’m very particular on my take out Chinese food and I used to be a loyal customer to wok wok express for years. But wok wok has changed and is not up to par anymore. So I was stuck with no good Chinese food places that always left me unsatisfied, until now. Little Beijing is so good! I’m always a happy camper when I come here.

At this point in time, I can only rate it at three stars. We went an hour before closing. There was not much of a selection. They try to steer you away from special ordering things. We were able to make a dinner from the two item entrée. Terayaki Chicken and Orange Chicken. Both were good tasting and moist. The fried rice and chow mein were also fresh and good tasting. Sitting there eating I observed about 4 groups of people wanting things that werent on the steam table. They were turned away. I have a feeling that this might be a good place to go at lunch time. There might be a good variety then. Although the customer service isnt great, it isnt horrible. They are very polite but will not comply with request that would normally be no problem.(ie asking for a side order to be put in another container so it would not leak juice into the overcrowded container. Offered to pay for the container, but she would still not comply. Therefore I didnt get the side order as I didnt want ‘Chinese Stew’) Its just one of those things where you just go for the food and thats it. There is a mild taste of Five Spice. For me, thats ok. Just noting it as some people do not like that spice.

So… This place wont be for everyone but I think its pretty good. The quality of the food has gone down in the last four years that I have been coming here. I started coming here in 2008 and the food was always fresh and hot, lately they have been slipping and its hit or miss. The food can only be warm at times and rarely hot. Sometimes items stay in the tray far too long . I like eating here the food isnt great but I like it. Try it once its at least better than the panda express across the street.

Cheap. Delicious food. What else can one ask for? They give out enormous portions of food that one two-item plate can actually feed two people. The place is what you’d expect from a typical chinese food place but then you usually come to the place for the food and not the ambiance. They offer family dinners that can feed up to eight people for only $ 30! That’s $ 3.75 a person! I can’t make everyone believers to the food but at least I can try right?

What’s with the negative reviews??? This place is really GOOD!!! My co-workers and I come here all the time for lunch on the weekends. For four people all you need is two of the two item combos because they give such generous portions… for around $ 10.00! Their chow mein is the best. It’s orange noodles instead of the yellow and they are really good. The fried rice is your standard Chinese fried rice. The majority of their items are chicken based but they are all good. We’ve had the Kung Pao, Jalapeño Chicken, Black Pepper Chicken, Orange Chicken, Mushroom Chicken and Beef & Broccoli. There is not one dish that we had that we didn’t really enjoy. It’s located in the shopping center with the Value + Market and it’s just marked«Chinese Food» and you’ll see a Little Caesar’s Pizza next door. If you are in the mood for good Chinese food at a decent price then give this place a try. Also the workers/owners are REALLY nice and they even speak in Spanish for their Latino customers!!!

Gahh… No, no no! I was TOLD that this place had good chow mein. I thought I’d try it. Since I was there, I thought I’d try some fried rice too. And yano what, how about some orange chicken? The Chow Mein was okay until I noticed mysterious little orange shreds of what appeared to be some form of meat in it! The Fried Rice was. something else. It had a very. peculiar flavor along with old wilted peas and vegetables that were losing color. The Orange Chicken: The worst for last. It had this… exceedingly high crispy but dry quality to it as if it had been dried out under the little heat lamp all day so they dumped some more sauce on it. Then the«chicken» tasted strange. I assumed it was brown meat which I don’t particularly favor but something more seemed really strange about it… And it left this bad taste in my mouth. ugh. All those pleasant items for $ 4.34. I hate wasting food, but there was no way I would be reheating that later, it is now in the trash, outside, where it belongs. If you really want some fake Chinese food, just go to Panda Express across the street where you are guaranteed decent and fresh food.

This place is definitely the type of chinese food I would pick up on my way home where I am not currently feeling like Jack or In n Out. Meaning it is average at best., although I would still take this over panda anyday… One of the main things that strike me is that once I went and ordered a 3 item combo, only to realize I had ordered all chickens. I look back at the steam table and realize this may be due to the fact 85% of their dishes out were something with chicken. I think they had bbq pork and egg rolls… They have this dish called jalapeño chicken. I may try this one day, although I somewhat doubt its authenticity as a chinese dish. Their dishes do have taste, although they all sorta taste the same… haha I will say that for the price, they do give you a pretty damn good amount of food. For those of us wanting a large helping of almost mediocre chinese food in place of a burger meal, this is the place to go.

A typical ghetto chinese food joint in the Value+ market center. The food is already cooked sitting on steamed tables. It tasted a bit worse than other places in the area I thought. You can get an 1 item combo for less than 4 and 2 item combo for less than 5. I think you can get food cooked to order for a decent price too 5 – 7.
