This review isn’t in regards to the quality of the food but rather the service. You see, even though I’ve tried on three separate occasions to come get some froyo during what were reportedly«open hours», they have yet to be open. Can’t a girl get some froyo?

Yes this Berrylicious is kosher and yes they have cholov yisroel flavors. That information is important for some and meaningless to others. I have been here twice recently. First time the place was crazy packed, unorganized, and dirty. The swirl in flavors were all out or something like that but all you could get was generic chocolate or vanilla. All toppings are an extra 50 cents(You are better off going to a fro yo place where they weigh your cups because it comes out way cheaper.) I had vanilla in a cup with rainbow sprinkles. It was good but nothing special. The second time I went the place was dead. It was myself, my mother, and two of my sisters. There was a girl at the counter that seemed truly uninterested in helping us but finally gave in because the other person that was working in the back clearly wasn’t coming to her rescue. Everyone ordered and got their items while I waited to get mine and pay. At this point the girl was standing at the counter playing on her phone with the mysterious male worker that finally decided to show his face. I was literally just standing there for a couple minutes while she showed this guy text messages and just completely ignored me. Finally she looks up and say oh did you want something. No… I was just standing there for fun. Oh and by the way, The girl was wearing no shoes. She was just walking around in her socks which I thought was very odd and gross. Bottom line this place is overpriced and the staff is AWFUL.

This place sucks! they were giving out punch cards which I’ve used each time I’ve gone. I haven’t gone in a couple of weeks and most recently I went to purchase yogurt and presented my card and was told that they no longer honor the punch cards as of January 2015!!! I have accumulated 8 punches on my card and on the 10th punch you receive a free small yogurt. No where on the card does it say it expires. I kindly asked for an exception because I am a regular customer and have accumulated 8 punches and the card does not state an expiration date. They very rudely said no and asked if I still wanted yogurt. I was extremely disappointed especially because they are unreasonably pricey to begin with and couldn’t not make 1 single exception, because of this they have lost a customer. I will never purchase yogurt there again and I will never recommend this place to anyone. Don’t waste your time. Horrible customer service and extremely pricey for«yogurt» also all the«fresh» fruit is frozen.

Absolutely delicious!!! The amazing combinations are unique and the yogurt is far superior than anything you get at Red Mango or TYCB. Don’t listen to the few negative reviews. Try it for yourself. You will NOT be disappointed!!!

This place is gross! They advertise that they make fresh fruit smoothies but the fruit is frozen and they use juice as a base. The juice isn’t fresh squeeze it’s brought. So you still drinking preservatives and crap. It’s not a healthy smoothie. The fruit toppings options for their frozen yogurt which they don’t have the nutritional info for looks old. The kids that work there have no knowledge of what there selling. Run away and go home and make your own frozen dessert don’t kill yourself eating here.

To me this Frozen yogurt tastes more like ice cream, which is a good thing to most, but I actually like the frozen yogurt that tastes like frozen yogurt. I went there on a Saturday night and the line was pretty long, but it moved fast. Parking is available, and inside the place is clean.

This is the only berrylicious I have been to so I have nothing to compare it against besides red mango, pinkberry and twist it top it(yes I am a frozen yogurt aficionado). The quality of the frozen yogurt here is top notch, I have 2 gripes which is why I deducted one star for each. First and foremost, the hours… due to Jewish customs they close early on Fridays and all day saturday(because of the sabbath). They do however open at 7pm on Saturday night and close at 1am on Sunday morning. My second gripe, the way it’s served/presented. There are 4 sizes; mini, small, medium, large. Now I understand they would like to give people value for money but at the cost of making an absolute mess of yourself. The fill the cup to the brim with the yogurt tap the cup to flatten/settle it, place your desired toppings on top of that and then proceed to «Mt. Everest» the damn thing. You have to pretty much eat half the plain yogurt before you even begin to see toppings and this really grinds my gears. To avoid this I will be ordering a large and telling them to not fill it up as much, frozen yogurt is great but toppings are what makes it the best dessert/snack out there. Now I shall end my rant, sorry for the long read, I just had to get it off my chest, the same way I have to get the frozen yogurt off my hands/fingers/shirt/pants/shoes/table when i come here… lol
