Chipotle

Service very fast and on point! Love the fact that they have a soda machine on the side. (Free refills) Staff very friendly and attentive will definitely be returning.

Never had an issue here the service has gotten faster since they open. The food is great and the place is pretty clean. Definitely one of my go to places to eat

This is the worst location ever. Today I waited for 15 minutes just to get served. I asked the worker why the other workers are not helping to serve the customers. She had the nerve to say the two servers are all they need. I told her that the line moved to slow and she gave a look as to say what ever. The workers in the back were talking and there was no sense of urgency to serve the customer. When it was finally time to pay I told the cashier that this took way to long so he gave me free chips. This is the 3^rd time the wait long due to lack of help. This location needs some new employees with better attitudes. The food is also just mediocre. It lacks taste and would be better if it was hot. This location is also very cheap with there toppings. I will not be returning to this location.

I am making this review as I am waiting on line with only 3 ppl ahead of me. I’m waiting 25 minutes now bcuz the employees behind the counter are aweful. Not a care in the world for customer service. Don’t work a job like this if you can’t get the job done. Such a brainless and simple job. Tacos, bowl or burrito. NEXT!!! Get new ppl in here to work that care and this place would be great.

This Chipotle always has the longest line! Reason being, everyone that works at this place moves so slow it’s as if they’re moving backwards!!! While attempting to purchase a chicken bowl yesterday, I aged another year! This is the only location where I wait upwards of 20 minutes just to place my order. With the Exception of the dude with the dreads in the back, who’s job it is to keep all of the bar selections filled — he was hustling, they all move at a snails pace and get very easily distracted. The girl at the beginning of the line was so busy joking around with one customer that she held up the line even further. If the franchise offers classes on how to move the line… the entire staff at the Lawrence location should be mandated to attend!

I have never had a bad experience at a Chipotle. The food is always consistent and good and this store is no different. There is plenty of seating and the staff has been great and accommodating every time I have come in. Like most Chipotle’s the line is long, but worth it.

I have eaten at many chipotles and this one was awful! The salsa was prepared with tomatoes from a can!

Been going to this Chipotle instead of the other ones because they are pretty consistent. I tried ordering online for the first time & it was okay. I still had to wait an additional 15 minutes but it was okay because my food was nice & fresh. Only wish is that they would have carnitas again. Overall impeccable service and they are never rude. This has to be one of the best Chipotle in queens. Keep it up guys !

I’ve been here once because I wanted to try it, the employees are nice although they work a little slow but it can get a bit crowded sometimes;

This Chipotle moved into the old Wendy’s location on Rockaway after it was flooded out by Sandy. It’s a great addition to the Five Towns Area. Packed at lunch, like most places, but the store is spotless, as always. Portions have been pretty good and the staff I have dealt with were accommodating. Again, Chipotle is a solid lunch option that doesn’t make you feel like crap after you eat it, unlike it’s neighbors McD and Taco Bell.

Service has improved since my last visit and although I feel they could give a bit more food in the veggie bowl, I’m still happy to have an establishment with a vegan option in this area.

I have been to this particular location twice and can say in no uncertain terms that this is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to.
Its like this… If there is anything a Chipotle shouldn’t be, its slow.
I waited a solid minute for one of the workers to pull a tortilla from the bag… I’m talking about the very beginning of a burrito. This isn’t trimming a Bonsai tree. All you have to do is pull one thing from another thing. She ended up tearing the tortilla a bit on the edges and passed it on to the next worker.
The next worker proceeded to very slowly roll a bunch of things (some way too much, some way too little) into a fat wad and then looked at me with a scowl on her face, daring me to complain about it. My girlfriend was the only reason I didn’t since she hates when I make a scene.
The bumbling cashier, like the other two bumblers, proceeded to bumble through her cashier work, pushing buttons on the register the way a toddler might on a Fisher Price toy.
We attempted to sit at the stools by the window but they were way too dirty. We sat at the table instead.
The food was halfway-​cold.
Oh, and 5 workers were standing in the kitchen area behind the food line just chilling. Classy.
This Chipotle might not stay open long so if you want to see incompetence cranked up to 11 then stop by and prepared to be amazed.

For the rave of «Chipotle» it wasnt that great. Not many toppings. $ 2.10 extra for a scoop of Guacomle. And not very flavorful. But I am full.
The chips were good and fresh.
This particular location was pretty messy.

Very slow… like a crawl. I go too Chipotle a lot (1 – 2 times a week) but this location is by far the worst I have been too. There was only about 20 people in front of me and a staff of 8 working and it still took me 30 minutes to get my food. Keep in mind we were not waiting for anything to be made just the staff was being extremely slow and not taking their job seriously (4 people behind me left an went to taco bell). The staff was have personal conversations goofing off and not working. At one point the cashier left to talk to the other employee making chicken on the grill. They were talking about a party and looking at photos on her cell phone. At this point the other employees on the line just stood there waiting for her to come back with 7customers waiting to pay and no room to take more orders. After about 10 minutes of waiting the customer in front of me said something to the women in the front station she anger huffed and turned and said «could you get back to your station» and the cashier said «one minute». The other location I visit I have been in and out in less then 10 minutes and they have a staff of 4. This place is a joke and all the food was just not as good as other locations (probably cause it was made by the same lazy staff).
Chipotle is amazing!
This place has the worst staff I have ever seen. If’s your job have a little pride.

I went to Chipotle the day after Christmas to be exact, and the employee making my bowl just seemed angry. She was just smacking the sour cream, guacamole, and lettuce in large amounts like the mean lunch lady in the school cafeteria. Anyways long story short, when I got home, the 3 bowls she prepared fell through the bag onto the sidewalk! Thankfully, 2 of the bowls managed to still be okay. Although they were okay, it tasted extremely cold, because of the large amounts of sour cream and guacamole. And, that was my dads first time trying Chipotle, and it sucked, cuz he didn’t like all the added sour cream and guacamole that made it cold. So unfortunately, he will never see what I see in Chipotle. Oh well.
Also, the cashiers were moving a bit slow here. When I go to other chipotles it’s boom, boom, boom from the beginning all the way down to the cashier. But overall I like the location. There’s available seats and best of all, available parking!

I give this chipotle 3 stars because of the employees. They are very slow and figured it was because they just opened and they had to get accustomed to the crowds but still a couple of months later its still like that. When you go prepare to wait before you order your food.
My second concern is the attitude of the employees. It’s a hit and miss when you go. One day everyone is happy and the next day you get attitude from everyone from the first girl to the cashier. I don’t know if it’s the manager of the day or what but something should be done about the employee atmosphere.

Very slow !!! Poor management and food doesn’t taste flavorful like other chipotle … Never any sauces left in the bottle and infrequently replaced always running out of some food item. ie. sour cream, cheese. Workers seem to not care if there is a line either: there was a long line and workers were just eating right in front of customers
Need to step their game up !!! Poor reflection of the franchise.

Worst Chipotle by far. I’m a huge fan and have been for many years. So you can imagine my excitement when they opened one up 5 minutes away from home! The employees did well the first opening week, and things have certainly changed. They’re getting two stars because the food is fresh and the establishment is clean… so far. But as far as the service goes, awful. If you don’t like your job or you don’t want to be in customer service then don’t be. Don’t take it out on me and plop a mountain of sour cream on my top of dish because of it. Very «enthusiastically» might i add. Every time i ask for a crunchy taco they «just ran out. «Same goes for whatever meat I’m craving. Annoying. I go down the line and they simply just throw things into my burrito bowl, and in excess. I’m sorry but would YOU like to eat a bowl of sour cream with some rice on the side?
All in all, I’m just disappointed. Step up your game and hire people who actually care about their job, like during that first week.

I believe this restaurant is new. I really liked it. The employees look very happy and the customers look very happy. Quick service. Clean place. Good food.

It’s good that they Built a Chipotle here because I was getting a bit tired of this place. This is located right next to Kay Jewels. Finally there is a location near my place that I can go to and Eat in 5 Town which is still out of the way but it’s better than traveling all the way to LI Brooklyn and Manhattan for Authentic Mexican food. There be a lot of competition here now with Panera Bread directly across the Street. It will also make booming sales for Kay as well because couples will have a chance to go and Browse for Jewels.
Chipotle is surrounded by other stores and Businesses such as Sprint, Sports Authority, Bed Bath and Beyond, Chase Bank, GNC Wellness, Mc Donald’s, TJ MAXX, Best Buy, Verizon Wireless and others just to name a few. Now that Chipotle is here 5 Town will be way more Lively now because people will come from all over to eat here and it will create more Business for 5 Town and jobs for the people.
Great location I hope it picks up and does well here because there food is Delicious.
