Imagine, fellow Unilocalers, at my surprise at this other review of «HERE Kansas» by user Ca. V. from Chicago, IL, which happens to be the location of the company building the facility. Zero friends, five 5-star and«First to Review» credits in their possession, all of similar large University construction projects around the country and nothing else. Probably just a coincidence. So on my afternoon walk today – I go by here almost daily– I thought, «Sweet! Since someone else already has, I can review this place myself.» Problems noted with the residences: — No management on site — No locks on the doors. — No doors — No windows — No walls — No ceilings — No bathrooms — No living space — No plumbing, electrical or water — No sidewalks — No parking — No landscaping — No entrance to facility other than locked fence marked«Construction Site.» — Living area is crowded with burly middle-aged men in hard hats and safety glasses — Noisy, due to construction equipment — Can’t be sure but believe the 150 ft. construction crane in the middle of the site is not intended for eventual use as a rock climbing wall or some other recreation center device. Thanks for reading. I’m now off to review a restaurant downtown that has just been announced but not yet built. I hear they make a mean bacon cheeseburger.
