No Chicken!!! I was just told that there was no more chicken on a Friday night. Who’s managing this restaurant?! I think KFC it’s going if it doesn’t get better management for their restaurants. You won’t see me here again.

Get a receipt! I didnt when I went thru the drive thru. I got ½ of my order. I found out when I got home, by then it was already time for them to close. The employees seem to treat their job like a joke. I felt like a burden to them. The guy in the drive thru practically spilled my soda on me. He pushed it in my hand.

Wicked horrible, slow service. The words above are simply put. I’ve had a number of bad experiences here, very rarely any good, and it’s generally well known within my friends to never come here. Throughout the years, it’s just the same complaints of slow service, sometimes rude. It never seems to change unless if sales are affected. I’ve had cashiers roll their eyes looking fed up over one simple question and many other times, cashiers who just don’t care about their jobs. And it shows. In the end, I would definitely travel to another KFC for better service and you still have the same consistent taste as in other KFCs — only with a smile. Come here only if you don’t have a choice and want to experience and watch the slow, painful horror show unfold right before your eyes — what this store calls customer service. Making the trip to another KFC to avoid this KFC for better service is recommended.

I love KFC. In fact, so much, that I put up with this sorry excuse for one. I’ve been to this KFC a few times, and never gotten out of there in fewer than 10 minutes. This staff is horribly slow and there’s obviously not a heck of a lot of people to replace them, because they’re all still employed. I’d understand if it was busy, but every time I go here, the staff outnumbers the customers, usually at a 2:1 ratio. They care more about talking with each other and getting their breaks than the customer. The food’s always good, so they’ve got that going for them, but the manager/general manager needs to take a serious look at customer service here, as people only go here out of scarcity.
