I don’t live in Lawrence but do visit here and there and come to Rydebarre(through ClassPass) when I’m in town. Every time, the wobbly bikes throw me but I really like this studio! It’s a very friendly place(they’ve even remembered me which is crazy because I come once a month at most) and more importantly, it’s a great workout. I came a lot around the holidays and classes were packed but very high energy! They also provide towels here which I appreciate(many places do not). I keep meaning to try a barre class but I like intense workouts so I’ve only stuck with spin so far.

Amazing and awesome place to work out! The owners and instructors are so friendly and knowledgeable. They have a wide variety of classes to choose from, from cycling to cycle & sculpt, to barre, and cardio classes! The facility is super nice and clean! You can buy classes online, no membership fees! I always get an amazing workout and I love the staff and instructors and other clients! It’s such a comfortable and accepting environment to work out in! It feels like a family because everyone is so friendly! Best place to work out in Lawrence!

I just took a Barre class with Eliza and it was amazing. I have been to several different Barre studios and her technique helped me find muscles I didn’t even know existed! I will definitely become a regular here!

I’ve been to Just Ryde and Endurance Ryde with 2 different instructors, who were both good. The instructors and staff are great with helping new clients feel comfortable, particularly with setting up the bikes. I like that their bikes turn left and right. RydeBarre has a new client special, senior/student discounts, and packages of classes where the more classes you buy, the less each class costs. It’s a good way to supplement my running. I can run back-to-back marathons or a 60K no problem, but this is a completely different workout!

I was in Lawrence for a conference and after two days of eating bar food, I wanted to get some exercise. My hotel told me about a new gym in town offering spinning. I thought«Spinning, NOWAY!» I like to exercise but I’ve always been too scared to take a spin class. I’m plus-sized and have always felt like I’d be laughed out of a skinny spin class and/or I wouldn’t be able to keep up. So, in a moment of insanity fueled by two glasses of wine, I told myself I was going to try spinning in Lawrence, KS. I don’t live here, won’t see anyone I know so who cares if I make a fool of myself. I forced myself to go and I’m so glad I did! The studio is gorgeous. Clean, modern and I love the orange and grey combo. I told the woman at the front desk it was my first spin class ever and I was a little nervous. She told me Susie would be teaching my class and that she is very approachable and supportive. Okay. Now I wish I lived in Lawrence so Susie could be my spinning guru! Love her! Love the class! Never in my life did I ever think I would say this but — Thanks to Susie and RydeBarre I now understand why people love to spin!

I LOVE this place! I always leave with a whole lot of energy and a great workout. It definitely is a kick in the butt, which is the whole point of RydeBarre. I would easily recommend this place to anyone who wants to switch up their workout routine. Their cycle and barre classes are both amazing and are catered to any skill level.
