I got a 60 minute massage on groupon for $ 29. I arrived early, as is usual, to fill out the standard paperwork. Kelley met me a couple of minutes before my scheduled time and then went back to the previous customer. They talked for almost ten minutes setting up a new appointment and then Kelley had to put new sheets on the table. By the time she got in the room to start the massage it was 13 minutes into my 60 minute massage. I ended up getting about 48 minutes out of the hour.
The massage was average to slightly above and Kelley was very nice. These facts are the only thing that salvaged a 3 star rating.
