Why would a store only cater to the morning and lunch crowd. If your open till 9or 10 pm you should have a full menu at that time. It would be the same at a hamburger place not have fries a ½ before they closed. If a store is open the close the same service should be present. You can say why you want not everyone works in the morning so save your feelings. Donut store if your open then provide full service if you can not do this then shut down early.
