Bojangles

The biscuits are always great! We normally have good service here, but today the girl who took our order did not seem to have on a uniform and wouldn’t take her hands out of her pockets. She acted as if she could care less if we or anyone else came in today. She also gave me a bad tasting cup of old coffee, thank goodness they had an urn in the lobby with some that was a lot better. I feel sorry for anyone who came through the drive thru at that time and ordered coffee.

I have tried to go here multiple times and have never had a good experience. The customer service is horrible. The majority of the time my order is incorrect. The food taste like it’s from the day before. I will no longer be spending my money at this place!

Will first time went to eat in this place when I inter I saw manger cleaning a nose so bad will I told her she was so upset she told me if you want eat you can eat I was not cleaning my nose I left I never want go back.

Bojangles VS KFC VS Zaxbys VS Wingstop VS POPEYES VS any other chained southern restaurant. The results? Its mediocre given the price of the food with respect to the other restaurants. The chicken is good but not «special» than the rest. The only positive thing here imo are the portions are pretty generous and they have nice biscuits and parking.

I always looked forward to traveling to the SE so as to enjoy BoJos. The last five visits have been sad. Today we waited 30 mins, yes my granddaughter timed it, for our food. We and five other hungry families. Two of the three plates were wrong. The chicken sandwich, once remaid, was throw at us. No sweet tea!!! Just a sorry experience. Two stars because I remember how good BoJos once was.

Have stopped in here many times for lunch or just a snack and have never been disappointed. The restaurant is always super clean, the staff is always friendly, fast and courteous, and the food is consistently good. Chicken is delicious, biscuits are the best! and the fries are amazing (my Dad is addicted to Bojangles fries). Bojangles definitely beats KFC and Popeyes hands down.

I don’t know how this eatery stays open. Drove into the parking lot one day last week, after not taking the emptiness of it as a major CLUE — not to stop. But we did. And ordered chicken with fries and mashed potatoes on the side.
Had to wait for the tasteless chicken to cool off before being able to pick it up and attempted to eat the OVER SALTED fries while waiting. A very nice young man walked over and asked if everything was okay and offered to bring some «dirty» rice in place of the OVER SALTED fries. Took one small bite of the rice and set that aside too. Wow. The biscuit was inedible and the honey didn’t even soften it up.
Back to the tasteless chicken. No taste whatsoever. The coating was blah…
Such a major let-​down having stopped here. And had to ask for the receipt because it was not given with the meal. Very sad overall and in all areas.
I honestly don’t know why or how this business still has its doors open. And I so wanted some good fried chicken… Well, on to the next eatery that advertises chicken and biscuits.

Great biscuits for breakfast! Service in the drive-​thru always seems fast. Inside however is hit and miss. Sometimes you have to wait for someone to «show up» and take your order. Restaurant is clean.

I love the chicken biscuit and the family meals. The staff is great and I will continue to go here
I’m not a big fan of the sweet tea they serve but its good if your thirsty ;)
I ordered a big meal once and they forgot and left off an item so i went in and they apologized for the inconvenience and was very friendly about it… two thumbs up for that…
Ive been to places and when you return b/​c something was wrong or missing they have a attitude… but not here

The Country Ham Biscuit is off the chain! Very Yummy. Maybe even as good as the ones you get from Hardees. The Bo-​berry biscuits were good, however they are stingy with the icing on top. More icing please. :-) Staff is extremely friendly however, sometimes it takes a long time to get your order if it’s not pertaining to chicken. That was my only fault with them. Otherwise they are great. I’ll definitely go back.
