Tried it for the firs time. The pepperoni Pizza pretzel pull aparts were decent. Was not happy to be given the wrong password to the Wi-Fi so I gave up on that. Games were decent.

2 stars for the games and fun. The food is disgusting. it’s not going to be good. be sure to wash it down with an alcoholic beverage. Good place to go out and knock back a few drinks and play games with your friends. This is really not that much of a family place. More tailored for adults.

I’ve been to Dave and busters a couple times before and the food was always pretty good with good service. This one was not. Food was mediocre and service wasn’t good at all. We felt like more of a burden to the server than anything.

This location is smaller compared to Duluth, but the upside is the many more claw machines. These machines are fairly easier to win an instant prize as I came home with 3 prizes of my own with 2 from the boys. The prize redemption area is also on a smaller scale, but it’s not that shabby. The staff however are much more particular. They would not allow me to use my buy $ 20 and get $ 20 coupon because Wednesdays are their half off game night. FYI: There seems to be these coupons on the back of Kroger receipts so you don’t have to wait for it to come from D&B’s. Seriously? Would it matter because I’m purchasing $ 20 worth of games for later use anyway? Isn’t it my choice if I want to play on Wednesday night or not? Anyway, the other location doesn’t care and would happily accept it. Parking is plentiful as this is at the Sugarloaf Mills Outlet. You can aim for the AMC theaters as a reference point, but D&B’s will have it’s own entrance accessible from outside after mall hours.

I came here for drinks and conversation. The drinks were well made. I had the calamari and the special sauce that was served with it was very delicious. The bartenders were very pleasant and attended to our every need. I’ll be back.

This was by far the worst place I’ve been to in my life. I downloaded Unilocal just to write this review. We went to Dave and buster’s on a Sunday ready to watch football and have a great time and in really great spirits, this changed in a matter of 30 mins with a trip to this poorly managed Dave and buster’s. When we got there, the server came over(Brandan) asked us what we wanted or did we need a min. My boyfriend and his friend ask for a drink and I asked for waters like I always do once I sit down at a restaurant and said give us a min for food. A min turned into 10 mins, 10 into 20 mins, 1st quarter into the 2nd quarter and we had not seen a glimpse of our server. My boyfriend began to inquire about the whereabouts of Brandan to other servers and even to the hostess. Finally 10 mins later, he comes back saying he was held up with other tables and was going to get us a new server. As you could imagine we were highly pissed and wanted to see the manager. Being after 30 mins there wasn’t even a slice of lemon on the table. But it only got better when the manager(Jackie) who not only smelled like pack of cigarettes, obviously has had no training to be a manager a day in her life, came over to only make matters worse. Once we told her we were waiting for almost 30 mins and had not received any service(as should have been clear if she had just glanced at the table) jackie met us with defensiveness, was totally rude, and bias towards the server(because obviously customer service is not something they practice here) …she begin to say she needed to understand what the situation was so she was gonna go talk to the server again. What? …so I said«the situation is we have been here for 30 mins and we don’t have water on the table, neither 2 drinks we ordered.» Now hold on guys, this is where it gets fun. Then this MANAGER says(the manager) …“oh well he seems to think you guys are already intoxicated” . Let’s put a pin in that. A. It was 1pm B. How could a server who was at our table for a mere 10 secs and then disappeared for 30MINUTES make any kind of assessment of what kind of state we were in. C. Maybe we were standing on the table and dancing and I didn’t notice. D. What kind of manager doesn’t walk over and first apologize for the situation in the first place. E. THEREWASNTEVENWATERONTHETABLE!!! (Unpin) So I then got up and refused to spend any of my money with this kind of treatment and low life management. I got up and said«I haven’t even had a f**kin drink today» to my boyfriend and Jackie says watch your language… like I was a 6 year old AND like her ignorance and actions didn’t warrant for the reaction she received. So I had to remind olé Jackie, that I was an adult and can choose any language I prefer :) Haha. Oh Jackie. …I say all this to say. NEVER go here. Unless you want to be put on trial and accused of being drunk, when you’re simply waiting on water from your server. Worst place ever. I’ve been in restrooms with better service.

The food is okay and the games were fun for the most part. Most likely, I won’t be going back. They have skee ball, which I really enjoy. I wasn’t really all that into it besides that.

Went for bowling and ended up getting ripped off. Apparently the waiter in the bowling area decided to use my credit card to pay other peoples bar tabs. So if you plan on going here please check your credit card transactions as this place is shady at best. Luckily for me my credit card company took care of it for me. As for the bowling itself, it is way to expensive. $ 60 for 1 hour and shoe rentals is crazy. Plus the bumper system in our lane got stuck in the up position. And did anyone come over to help fix it or offer us another lane, nope. My advice to you is to stay clear of this D&B.

They need to have more games or activities for toddlers here. Majority of the games are for older kids and don’t suggest I take toddlers to Chuckee Cheese’s because yall know as well as I do, that place suck monkey balls. Anyways, I feel like they dock me out of my tickets every time I buy something from their terrible selection of crap I don’t need. Of course if you do the math, you’re paying about $ 500 for a $ 2 made in China Stewy or Brian… and like $ 5 for a light up lollipop. As for fun? I would be lying if I said I don’t have a good time but yall know yall be crying the day after when you check your bank account and saw a negative in it… It’s a conspiracy to my wallet so you know what I do? I come there on a Wednesday…50% off Wednesday, that’s right beeches. I highly recommend bringing some sanitation wipes or a bottle of sanitizer with you because that place is full of germs(adults and kids of all ages)… It’s a germ infested place, but if you want to strengthen your child’s immune… by all means, let them lick the card swiper or the coins. @.@ All in all, it’s a decent place for people of all ages to come and waste their hard earn money away for a bit of fun I guess.

Game here(maybe) but eat elsewhere(definitely). If you game here, you might trust the bars for a drink, but REALLY do NOT trust ANYTHING from the KITCHEN. It’s too bad, since the bar and wait staff are pretty(not perfectly) reliably good. My bride and I were customers from the point they initially opened until their food turned to swill about two years ago. We used to go and enjoy evil bar food and adult beverages, play some games and catch a flick at the AMC theaters until the kitchen started to fail. We gave their kitchen a half dozen chances before finally accepting that the food is never again going to be trustworthy. You’re much better off going the D&B on Venture Drive.

The food here is horrible. Well burgers are okay. But the pasta is a horrible joke. And they have the nerve to give such a small serving as if it were delicious. Just play games, get a drink and go else where to eat.

The service was terrible. 5 minutes for a drink refill. The servers didn’t remember who ordered what, some orders weren’t even for our table. One person in our party had a hair on her food and the manager only offered to get her something else to eat. Probably won’t be back.

Started out shaky when the server acted as if our large party couldnt sit at seperate tables in the gaming area. A hostess quickly got this rectified and we enjoyed a fun night that only Dave and Busters can offer! My food was excellent and you can never go wrong with the Top Shelf TNTs!!!

Come to Dave and Busters to play some games and kill time — NOT to eat. There were five of us, and after the hostess told us that we could either sit at the bar or wait 45 minutes(which was confusing because there were open tables everywhere but according to her she had just sat all the servers), we chose the bar. Well, apparently we weren’t aware that the only bartender was also the server for a 20-top in the back of the restaurant. So after waiting 20 minutes to be greeted, order beers and our food, we finally got our beers. Then, two of us got our meals, which the chicken tenders were either frostbitten or over-fried…not sure which but what I AM sure of is that they were inedible. The chicken was tough and the breading was hard as a rock. I ended up eating a $ 15 order of fries for lunch since the bartender never bothered to check in with us after dropping our food off. Oh, and the other 3 entrees? They arrived about 20 mins later. Ugh. Rude, inattentive and crappy service, which I guess they can get away with.

This Dave and Busters is OK but the management is horrible. The manager has such a negative attitude, and is such a jerk to people. And the service is too slow, it took 25 minutes for my food to come.

I can only speak on the appetizer because my entrée was never completed. Manager was decent as a server, but the service sucks! We waited 10 minutes before alerting the hostess that no one had greeted our table. In fact the 3 servers we saw never even came to our area. The hostess had the manager to come over to our table and he ended up being our server. Then, two tables that were seated around us were served within minutes of sitting. The manager was decent but could have been a little more responsive to our table. He did not apologize for the wait. No form of repentance was offered for our deplorable experience. My Husband firmly stated that we were only paying for the appetizer, the beer, and the kids meal, and not paying for our meals. Because he and i waited for condiments that we requested twice but never came, we never touched our meal. Overall, not one individual understands the concept of customer experience/customer delight… except the hostess. She responded to our needs immediately. The servers and the manager should be replaced by individuals in the service industry who understand the value of customer service. I would give this place no stars but the hostess was the only person deserving of such praise.

It’s ok. We went with 3 teenaged boys and 6 adults. Service– marginal. Had to wait for beer on draught! That’s the first item you should be served. Liquor and beer are fast and pump up the check and tip fast. Our server didn’t get that. She also was fairly new and didn’t know the menu well(self admittedly) Food– slider burgers, bagel dogs, tomato feta soup all very good. Boneless wings were frozen, extra breaded and I didn’t eat more than half. Games– it’s like a giant chuckee cheese for kids and adults. Our kids played games and bowled. They had fun which was most important. Value– not cheap, but not crazy expensive. If you are looking to entertain the kids and have average food in sports bar type of atmosphere then this place is for you. They charge an extra 2 $ to activate the players cards. Another way to screw the customer. Return– yes, we would go back. We would know what to order and what not to order. We also would bring our cards with us to reload so we don’t pay again to activate the players cards.

I haven’t been here in years, and this visit was corporate event. I eat more than my share of «banquet food». The typical Chicken on a Skewer & Swedish meatballs all taste the same. This evening we were served an amazing Spinach Cheese dip to start and finished with Beef &BBQ sliders. Everything was delicious and the waitstaff was always there when we needed something. We bowled for two hours and had a blast.

I read the reviews before we went so I wasn’t expecting a whole lot. In the restaurant I was quite pleasantly surprised. Daniel and Drew are superstars! They took excellent care of us, one I my favorite customer service experiences. Food was not hugely creative but I ordered the Philly and I am a fan! Great sandwich! So after dinner we mosey on over to the arcade and, as others have posted, it would be pretty pricey for a family. There was only 2 of us and it took a surprisingly short time to spend $ 40. But hey, what’s money matter if you’re having fun? Of course, it would’ve mattered a whole lot if we’d been there with the fam, it would’ve cost a small fortune. After playing in the arcade we moved on on the bowling alley. I wish I had gotten the name of the young lady at the bowling counter, she was so happy and helpful. If any mgmt are reading this she was there on a Wednesday evening about 3 weeks ago and she was tall, shoulder-length black hair, African-American. She was super genuinely nice. Here’s where it all went bad! Walked to our lane and the table was overflowing with the remnants of the previous group’s dinner. Really stinky and gross. There were no servers to be found. I walked to the bar and the bartender looked at me and proceeded to just walk off. She came back 15 minutes later, still no service. We had been told that servers worked the lanes? We couldn’t even get the bartender to acknowledge us even when we stood AT the bar. TERRIBLE. We bowled for an hour, no drinks, no food, no service and only a small area in which we could sit where we weren’t face to face with someone’s old food. It’s a real shame their service blows so badly since their bowling area is so nice, best alley I’ve been too as far as aesthetics. I’m not sure if we’ll return any time soon, as good as the restaurant service was and the one woman at the bowling alley, the experience after that just ended our evening on a gross, frustrating note and now that’s all I can think of.
