Perfect old fashioned Italian restaurant. Food magnificent, Service attentive but not cloying and ambiance warm friendly and with a touch of elegance.

Mostly well executed and good food but loses points for lack of creativity, outdated décor, and the dessert. We came here to celebrate Valentine’s Day and opted for the prix fix Valentine’s menu option for two. It featured crusty hot and delicious bread to start, 1 salad(caesar or house) to share, appetizers, filet mignon, chicken and shrimp kabob and roasted vegetables also to share, 1 cup of coffee between 2 people(I’m not making this up…) and a strawberry cobbler. The bread was delicious as I mentioned. The salad however tasted watery. Plus I mean I get that it’s all for 2 to share but I cannot understand why they couldn’t place it on 2 plates. Thankfully we got 2 waters. The appetizers included a crostini with kalamata olives and melted mozzarella. Very good. My partner thinks he hates olives but he actually really enjoyed this. The appetizers also included stuffed oysters that had an excessive amount of tasteless bread crumb mush over it. I didn’t even taste the oyster after being less than thrilled about the stuffing. The plate also had a cremini mushrooms stuffed with mozzarella cheese and spinach. They were okay but nothing special. Then came the main course with included 2 – 6 oz filet mignon pieces, grilled asparagus, carrots, zucchini, eggplant, roasted fingerling potatoes, 2 kabobs of chicken and shrimp with onion and tomato. This was well done and good but oh so very boring. Lastly we got dessert and we were served a single cup of coffee between the two of us. We both asked for a cup but perhaps the waiter didn’t hear us and we could have been entitled to 2 cups. My partner ended up not wanting any after all so it was fine. The dessert was actually a strawberry cheesecake cobbler which I think is a bad idea even if handled properly. This cobbler was just ghastly. The strawberries were barely recognizable, discolored and lacked flavor because they had been so overcooked and there was a serious overuse of sugar and underuse of cornstarch. It was sickeningly sweet, watery and had chunks of misplaced cheesecake that made the sweetness even more overbearing and made no sense since they topped it with vanilla icecream. This was a very poorly executed dessert but the only bad food moment of the evening. I suggest the staff shred the recipe in the back and look online for a different one. I would come back to try some classic Italian dishes. The service was good also I will say. They need to just modernize things a bit.

I visit Enzo’s rarely and can never figure out why I am not there more often. We had three very different dishes — roast duck, rolled beef with gnocchi and polenta. Each was superb. Service was terrific. Desserts looked great but we were too full to try them.

I haven’t had a chance to visit Enzo’s in quite some time but recently on our anniversary we decided to come out to enjoy an old school, delicious Italian meal. Please note that I am very picky as a foodie and gourmet cook myself. I can’t help but get the vodka cavatelli every time I go… it’s so delicious and the cavatelli are so delicate and light. We always enjoy the house salad and crunchy bread. This time we tried their scallop and artichoke casserole appetizer which was very tasty and filling. My hubby chose a basic entrée of chicken parmesan and said it was the best he ever had, very moist with a tasty red sauce to go with his penne. If you want authentic italian dishes that have been tested over a long period of time, then you must try this place. It may not be fancy but if you’re tired of all the imitation italian places, then come try the real deal. BYOB also. Friendly service.

Visited this restaurant with my mom and her best friend. We were referred here by more than two people so we figured we would give it a try for a lunch day! It was not crowded, so the service was really fast. The owner checked on us many times and was so sweet. We were proud to support her business. The food was great! I got a panini and so did my Mom. Both of them were great. The other person in our party got a fried egg plant dish which was the best of all. Can’t say much about prices because my mom treated me. Definitely recommend.
