It’s so nice not having to complain about not getting the order right! My sandwiches are exactly how I want them. The Italian & brownies are delicious!
Thanks to the wonderful staff for being so helpful & returning my debit card I left behind!

My husband loved his #3 steamer. Mother hated her #7 steak and cheese. I felt my #8 engineer sub was satisfactory. Overall the service was bland and quite confusing. We could not understand the cashier and she could not understand us. I ordered a combo but the cashier did not give me a cup or instruct me to get chips. Very odd to see the poor communication of the staff.
The place was empty at 12:15pm so it was not too loud or distracting. The food was warm but lacked quality since the subs looked thrown together and I the meat was not evenly distributed on the subs. The food was fast with very little wait.

The staff is really cool and friendly. The young lady named Ivy was really nice and helped answer some of my questions. There was a guy I think his name was. Kole? Cole? Don’t remember the spelling but he was funny and a great employee. I’ll always come back if Ivy and Cole are here :) haha

In the 2−½ years since I wrote my original review, I’ve had 3 meatball subs, each of which had at least one nasty, old, hard meatball in it. It’s bad enough to make you stop eating the rest of the sub. I’ve previously contacted management about the nasty meatball problem but yesterday’s meatball sub had the same problem. It’s an understatement to say the sub left a bad taste in my mouth. No more Firehouse Subs for me.
