Jersey Mike’s Subs

Typical high school/​college students work working there. They seemed more interested in their own conversations. Pretty bad attitude with no smile. Kept asking if I was ready to order. Got home to find out that my drink was flat. Will never go there again, which is too bad because I Live right there.

I love Jersey Mike’s and can say until today, I’ve had great service and a great meal at every one I’ve attended. But I just went to this one today and the two guys working just weren’t friendly. When I walked in, they were talking to each other about something non work related and I had to look at them for the one guy to mumble «Can I help You?» with no smile on his face. Next the second guy just began building my sub bowl without asking me what I wanted on it. Crazy. This type of service is really rare for Jersey Mike’s. The people at the other ones I frequent are really friendly, greet you early, and always thank you for your business. This guy today was more interested in pointing out where I could add a tip for him on my credit card. No thanks. I’ll continue to eat at Jersey Mike’s, but I’m not sure I’ll be back at this one. Too bad. It’s right near my office.

I came here my first time a couple days ago thought it was mediocre.
Parking: Free parking in their small lot.
Service: Typical mediocre service found at ‘fast food’ type of restaurants.
Food: I was expecting something better than what I got. I ordered the chicken philly cheese sub and found it to be completely average. The taste quality was slightly higher than subway so not that good.
overall experience: C. It wasn’t bad, but not great. I’d be open to come back to try something else sometime but probably not for a while.

First time trying their subs… all I can say is that it was a great choice, their subs are delicious… now they have my business

I always love Jersey Mike’s sandwiches, there is just something about them, however, the last time I visited this location, the employees seemed like they were miserable being there and it showed. If you aren’t fond of customers, don’t work in customer service, go sit behind a phone where no one can see your frown. Sandwich was still good.

I love the Chipotle Cheesesteak! The sauces are so tasty and the workers never mind accommodating my picky taste. I always stop by at night so I can relax after shopping at the mall instead of waiting in line at the mall food court. Love this place

Food is decent deli style food, but the service is slow. Have tried ordering in advance 3 times on the web and my order has never been ready on time. Staff is inefficient — one person in the back doing nothing, one guy at the register waiting for the sandwiches to be made, and one person doing everything while the other two are doing nothing. All hands on deck when 10 people are on line. I’ve been to the original at the jersey shore over the summer many times. They work 10 times faster than these bozos because everyone helps make sandwiches. C’mon guys –get a better handle on your service and speed it the f## k up !!!

Meh. Gives the other Jersey Mikes a bad name. Should’ve taken the 85 food score on the wall as a hint to leave.
They were under-​staffed for a Saturday afternoon. Two person crew was overwhelmed.
Sandwiches were blah.
My meatball didn’t have enough meatballs on it — almost like they were out, but didn’t want to tell me that. Sauce tasted burnt.
My wife had a veggie wrap that had 2 ounces of water dripped onto the table by the end of her meal — need to drain those veggies!
I’ll never come back to this location and quite frankly it’ll be awhile before I hit another Jersey Mikes.
A shame, before this trip, I really looked forward to their meatball subs.

seriously good subs! i was a little nervous seeing a line that wrapped around the tables but the staff really hustled and I was enjoying my #5 in no time! oh yeah, the place was super clean.

Blech. Really? No white bread? In the middle of the day? The place can’t have been THAT busy.
I love my #13 — but if this place doesn’t have white bread, I’ll have to go to one of the other chain locations.

This is a great location of the popular sub sandwich chain. As with all Jersey Mike’s, the meats are always sliced before your very eyes, the bread is fresh, and the result is tasty and satisfying. Just about the best hoagie you can find. Great variety and selection. The #13 Italian is to die for, and don’t forget to ask for it «Mike’s Way.» This location does a terrific job of handling the lunchtime rush; there is rarely a wait of more than a few minutes even if the line is wrapped around the inside of the store. My lunch gang has eaten at this location on average 1 – 2 times a week since they opened around 2004 and we never grow tired of it.
