First off, we lived here for almost a year and a half. The previous management was self-managed and had some lively and hilarious staff that was proactive and professional. We loved and adored them all and knew many of them by name. THEN the management changed. The new management is a big rental management probably located somewhere north who doesn’t know or care about properties and their residents/tenants. List: The gate was broken and never fixed; landscapers left dead tree branches hanging in trees and on the ground scattered all over the place; the locks on the office were constantly being broken into and looked trashy and cheap; several leaks in our garage onto our things; the pool was being«resurfaced» late into June; no online portal to view/pay rent or submit a work order; the gym was consistently being reopened due to «maintenance» when no equipment was visibly cleaner or newer; the car washes have been broken down. KEEPINMIND all this since the new management has taken over. I went to the office probably about 10 times for about 2 months to request more information on when I could depend on seeing things being put in place or fixed or reopened; each time I was met with a confused stare and«I’m sorry, I don’t know, I don’t want to tell you something that isn’t true.» It is sad to say that this place is really not worth any bit of your money. When the old management was in place, it was really a great deal for all the amenities and the modern spaces inside the apartment buildings but now the management doesn’t care AND rent just went up by 20 $. RIPOFF. I am submitting my complaint here and on their Facebook page because I think locals looking for a place to call home should pass right on by this sad place. There is an apartment complex up the street, and one called«Holland Park» that is close by. Look there and spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
