I wish I could give this place more stars. I really enjoyed the food I love the mushrooms on their Pizza! I also really like their subs they are very good. The biggest issue I have is that it seems like whenever I order online they call me to tell me that they are out of something that I ordered. They have been out of sodas. They have been out of toppings. And they have also been out of the caramel for the brownie that I ordered on my last order. It’s really frustrating to put an order online and then get a phone call that some part of what you were ordering could not be done. The last time I ordered online I ordered a brownie that I can have enough of an order for them to be able to deliver it. Then they called and said they were out of the caramel topping. You would think they would offer to make the delivery anyway since I had ordered what I wanted but they were not prepared. But no I ended up having to order some drinks so that I can have a high enough I’m out with him to actually take you over to my house. I do like the fact that they have the Marcos rewards points sometimes those or add up but if they don’t have the things that I’m ordering it seems kind of pointless

Save your time & your money if you want Authentic Pizza check«Fellinis» they have the best so far! Sauce is rich, their not cheap with their ingredients mozzarella is authentic & crust is actually the best I’ve found thus far, contrary to mellow mushroom soggy/flavorless pizza ! Yuck! big thumbs down !

This is my first time getting delivery and will be my last. I paid a $ 2.50 delivery fee for a soggy pizza that took an hour to show up. Yuck…

One star only because the pizza was good. We dined in when this location first opened and service was horrible. We decided to try dining in again today and it was even worse! Girls in front taking orders and serving really need proper training! We gave them a second chance. We won’t be giving them a third.

Delivery time was less than an hour. I got New Yorker and 10pc hot wings. Ordered the pizza square cut and wings extra wet. All my requests were met and even my extra sauces made it. It is RARE that a pizza place gets my order right so I think I have a reliable go-to pizza place. Also the delivery driver was so nice. The food was very hot when it got here and was extremely delicious.

I am not a fan of Marcos pizza. I would put it in the same category as Papa Johns, Little Caesars, Dominos, and PizzaHut. Their pies don’t taste fresh, the crust is bland, and the sauce portions are always lacking. You would think that for the lack of quality you would at least be saving money,(think little caesars) but that is not the case. The prices are not low enough to justify sub par pizza. If you want good, quality pizza I would look elsewhere.

Just left Marco’s waited 20 minutes with no service. Went to the counter and the girl said it was just her with another girl. Very very disappointing. Have been there a few times but never like this. Not sure if I want to try again.

The AC wasn’t working so it was extremely uncomfortable in there. I ordered a large with half Italian sausages and half Hawaiian and came with free breadsticks. The only thing that I really liked and would come back for, is the breadsticks. I’ll pass on their pizza. It was extremely salty and it just wasn’t good pizza. I don’t even know how to explain it… I love pizza and when I took my first bite into it, my palate knew… it wasn’t good. I don’t care for the service either. I asked for bottle water and the girl said they don’t carry bottle water. But didn’t bother to offer fountain drinks which I didn’t know existed because it was all the way in the back. So she kept standing there waiting for me to order when I had no idea what kind of drink they actually do have. WTF? And this isn’t there fault or maybe it is… but I’m a COKE girl.

This pizza is awesome! The flavor is amazing. The first time I went, I ended up going back 2 days in a row. Their thin crust is yummy. I love this place.

Ownership change definitely shows. Pizza and salads were really fresh and tasty. Service was very friendly and quick. Big TVs. Ill be back for pizza and beer a few times over the season.

Best pizza around. Stephanie is the best waitress. She always remembers what we order and is always so chipper and sweet. We will be back many more times.

At least the pizza was hot when I got it. Other than that not much to write home about. Back to Domino’s for chain pizza.

This … was NOT good pizza. So let’s be clear — Marco’s is a chain pizza joint that’s in the same league as a Domino’s franchise. I think my expectations were higher than that going in. Unfortunately, Marco’s did not meet those expectations. if I had to rank fast food chain pizza joints I’d list them as(best to worst): Papa John’s, Domino’s, Little Caesar’s, Marco’s, Pizza Hut. On the positive side — the place was clean and the staff was not un-friendly. Not exactly warm and brimming with kindness, but they weren’t outright rude either.

This Marco’s location just opened a week or so ago near me, and we were in the mood for pizza, and so, having never tried Marco’s(and since I had coupons) I decided to give it a shot. We ordered a large pizza and cheese bread. Side order of banana peppers. They forgot the peppers, but I wasn’t going to go back for a 59-cent order of peppers. The pizza itself looked fine. A little heavy on the toppings, but fine. The cheese bread looked fine. But the bread came with some ranch dressing(pre-packaged«Naturally Fresh» brand) and some pizza sauce on the side. …And the pizza sauce was covered in mold. I tried to rationalize that the sauce had likely been sitting in its little container for a while, and that the pizza itself was probably fresh-made, but I couldn’t get through a slice without thinking of that tub of mold-covered marinara. Tossed the rest of it out. I will not be going back.
