I’ve read other Unilocalers’ reviews for this place and that sucks that their experience wasn’t very good. I’m rating it a 2 stars because I still think the pizza is worth it! I took off 3 stars, because our server, Daniel, told us that I could order a cheese stick with my coupon deal. Coupon deal was: 2 Medium pizzas(square) with one topping 1 bread sticks 1 pasta pan OR wing street wings(8 pieces) All for $ 19.99! What a deal, right? Anyways, we asked if we could substitute the bread sticks with cheese sticks. And Daniel said it would be ok. That it wasn’t going to be a problem. After a few minutes, he came back out and told us that we couldn’t. WHAT?! You couldn’t?! Why couldn’t you just honor it for us?! I was looking so forward to eating cheese sticks! Then we waited and waited. it took more than 20 minutes for our food to come out. I think it’s because they were dealing with people who came to pick-up their pizza. And he couldn’t even let us get a super supreme topping for one of the pizzas. He said they normally don’t do that. Don’t tell me that, Daniel! Tell your manager that before he became manager there was a manager who let their customers get super supreme topping on the pizza for an extra one or two dollars! Why couldn’t you just honor that for us? Same goes for the whole cheese sticks deal! Their customer servicing sucks. Just horrible! But the food was served hot! Overall, the temperature of the pizza was pipping hot and delicious! I don’t think I’ll be back… the management has changed and whoever is the manager now needs to listen to their customers needs! I used to enjoy coming to this Pizza Hut location. and now I’m so sad that this place has gone from a 4 stars to a 2 stars. and look at the other recent reviews. 1 star?! I hope your manager opens his eyes and LISTENTOYOURCUSTOMERS!!!

Definitely hav permanently lost my business. Received a call from an angry employee cancelling my online order since he already had too many deliveries to do before they close. Are u serious? Then u need to stop accepting online orders. I love stuffed crust but forget that. I’d rather give dominos pizza my business

Ordered 8 wings online because of the wing special on wednesday. Ordered about an hour before pick up. went to pick up my order an hour later. and the phones were ringing like crazy. saw no one there to answer them or to help me. 5 min later. someone comes and helps me. and tells me my wings are still on the fryer. so I wait a couple of minutes. I receive my wings and then left. going into the car. I looked at my wings and only 3 out it of the 8 were covered barely! not even entirely in sauce. I don’t wanna hate cause I felt bad. but I’m sad my wings were not good. will not be going again …

I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza with light sauce, pepperoni, and spicy pepper crust. My pizza was so thin in places it was inedible. There was no sauce and the pepper crust was minimal at best. The staff looked sloppy and uninterested in their job. I’m frustrated that I spent any money at this establishment.

Customer Service is everything to me, because I’ve been trained in customer service and have worked in customer service most of my career, I cherish its importance between a business and its customers. THISLOCATIONDOESVERYPOORLY with your customer service skills. Whoever the manager is there should be fired. She was not friendly, consistently over talking me as the customer which is a BIGNONO. She doesn’t offer an apology for the miscommunication. So after she tells me that she’s not going to do anything, she tells me I have to wait another 35 minutes AFTERALREADYWAITING45MINUTES. I wanted some wings and she proposed that I would have to wait another 15 – 20 min while my pizza got cold. THISISJUSTUNACCEPTABLE! I’ve been ordering from this location for years. I’ve been a loyal customer, yet, she didn’t think they owed me anything. well your right. you don’t owe me anything. I just want my order to my house cooked fresh. But at this point, I’m going to write a review and tell all my friends in the area about the service I just recieved from this pisspoor location. I’m writing this review as I’m waiting for my order to come in. I don’t know if I’m going to keep buying from this company anymore. From what I’ve seen with the previous reviews, this location stinks at customer service. Well. You guys just lost another customer with a bad review. You guys need to shape up!

Horrible. Customer service is horrible. They never come on time first off. Every time we call they always have a different excuse for everything. The worker on the phone had the nerves to raise her voice at my mom and hang up on her multiple times when she tried to get a hold of management. The driver even rolled his eyes and said sly comments when my mom told him about the discount the manager stated over the phone for our inconvenience not showing on the receipt. Another time we ordered a guy dropped his bag upside down! I caught it through the window and he said that the box shifted in the car… Thought the third time would be better but I was wrong. Three strikes. I will no longer order from this one I’ll just get pizza at Marcos or another Pizza Hut location. Horrible horrible horrible.

People make mistakes — not a problem, but I have ordered twice from them and both were wrong. You fill the order out online so there is no room for misunderstanding. Also, the customer service is horrendous(although the driver was great) — I think it is petty to complain about a small mistake, but these weren’t even close to what was order. So many people need jobs — if you don’t want to do yours, I am sure there is someone who would.

I made an online order and after waiting 45 minutes, I gave them a call. I don’t think one large pizza and wings should take 45 minutes. I honestly expected a «Hello, sorry, your pizza is on the way. Thank you for waiting.» But no. The first guy comes on the phone and asks for my name. The manager comes on the phone and says that they had 4 online orders before me. She said«When our delivery person returns, we’ll send your order out, ok?» Excuse me? It’s been 45 minutes and the order hasn’t even left the store yet? You guys didn’t even have the decency to call me for the delay? There was no apology whatsoever or even a sincere tone of voice. Of course, I immediately cancelled the order. The manager til the end did not apologize and just said«ok thank you for calling» and hung up. What? Horrible, terrible service. I didn’t get any email confirmation of a refund yet, so we will see if they can refund faster than they can deliver. I will not be ordering from them again.

Ever been at a red light and watched four workers in hard hats/vests? One of them has the shovel, busting his butt, and the other three are talking? Yea, they all got hired at Pizza hut. So, I went and got a pizza on a Saturday night that I called in for 30 min earlier. Walk in and immediately see three people waiting. I stand at the counter, see employee # 1 in the back, busting his butt making pizzas. Good job! Employee # 2, an older gentleman, walks to the register, squints at the screen, definitely does NOT make eye contact or even acknowledges my presence at all, walks away. about 60 seconds go buy and hey, Employee # 2 is back… does the same thing, never says one word to me but sticks his hand in his pocket and strolls back to the back. Remember the 3 people waiting? They all start laughing and one says«this is the worst pizza hut establishment EVER», then they walk out. Almost like a bad sitcom, I notice in the back, Employee #2 and a new employee, # 3 interacting and exchanging the pizza hut handshake(whatever they were doing with their hands). Employee #4 walks up, pizza in hand, says hey, turns around and FINALLY says to the other employees…“get the customer.“ At this point i’ve been standing, waiting for about 6, 7 minutes. After some confusion with the register, i’m finally allowed to pay and leave. This is a pizza hut express, so only one bench is inside and no places are available for sitting and eating. They even have a drive thru, which is interesting. As for the food itself? It’s pizza hut… i’m certain if you’ve had it, there’s no surprise. It’s affordable, close and pizza hut. Food gets 3 stars. Service gets 2, and since I can’t give 2.5 stars…
