Major Warning! I went to this doctor as a new patient because I was having my 3rd sinus infection of the season. Not only was the phone staff rude and incompetent– they got all my information wrong on the phone after I repeated it to them multiple times(and then threatened to cancel my appointment because they wrote my insurance # down wrong), but I waited in the waiting room for over 45 minutes. This isn’t my number one problem with this place– after I filled out all my information on an iPad(so it was directly entered into their computer system) they charged me $ 200 just to process my new patient paperwork! I saw a nurse practitioner(not even the doctor on duty that day) and was charged for the main doctor rate– $ 475 for them to do a endoscopy all of which took 15 minutes and they didn’t even prescribe anything as I didn’t have a sinus infection after all. I totally got taken by this place and I even have great health care coverage. They hand out bogus charges. This is the exact reason people who have insurance are getting screwed.
