I brought in a mangled frame (my dog tried to eat it) and Dwayne didn’t have a new frame that fit my lenses but he helped me nonetheless, making the existing frame temporarily wearable and referring me to another store where I found a frame. Even though he replaced some parts and adjusted others he didn’t charge me. Very knowledgeable and polite staff.

If you’re even considering buying glasses outside of the store, make sure you walk out with your prescription. We saw glasses we liked at another store, and the sale staff said they would just contact the doctor for the prescription, but after 4 days, they couldn’t get a hold of the doctor. Luckily we had our own copy from the first appt.

My eyeglass case was in bad shape. They don’t sell them but a woman gave me two styles, no charge. As I walked out a stylist pair of frames caught my eyes so I stayed to browse. Many high fashion designs.
