Sonic

Went to the drive thru only to find the ordering system was broke and a young lady taking orders in person. Waited 25 minutes (i timed it) to get an incomplete order of Hot Dogs! All immediate cars before and after had left with more cars already waiting. Waited 5 more minutes for a total of 30 minutes… for Hot Dogs! Never again…

2015 Summer Update: Sooooo I asked about it being Happy Hour to which the drive-​thru headset person replied that it was, and I ordered a mango cream slush which was great. And my runner was friendly. But no happy hour discount! She should have told me that at the drive-​thru… Pretty disappointed by that.
I went today and experienced fast service, though the drivethru speaker was a little difficult to hear.
It was refreshing to be served by someone who proceeded to ask me about my day, and generally seem to want to know. He was funny, and obviously knew what he was doing. Props to him for his honest friendliness.
My drink was exactly what I expected. Sonic is known for their beverages. They are yummy.
Overall, it was a good experience. I was quite surprised to be honest, I usually experience average service here. I hope the next time I visit, I will experience the same service.

Like another Unilocaler said, this location always has something going wrong. Sometimes they are out of ice cream. Sometimes they don’t have slushies. They put sausage in my veggie breakfast burrito one time. Their jalapeño poppers are insanely good though!

Wish it still had the feel when they first opened in the area when the employees would come out smiling on roller skates though.

Ordered a Super peach ring sprite no ice and a mini mozzarella stick. Drink had ice and didnt get my marinara sauce. mozzarella sticks were fresh and the drink was good despite the ice.

This is my local Sonic. I love this place. I received super fast service at this place. The route 44 cherry limeade with blue coconut is the best selection. Also, their breakfast burritos are really delicious and their toaster sandwiches are awesome too.

This location always seems to be out of something or something is broken. I have gone several times and the ice cream machine isn’t making solid ice cream… what? They weren’t able to make a sundae, but they could make me a shake. I don’t want a shake… I wanted a sundae. I visited it again and they were out of Oreos for the summer of shakes Oreo cheesecake shakes. They are a stone’s throw from Kroger… they could have trekked over there to make up for someone’s ordering snafu. I usually go to the Lawrenceville-​Suwanee location.
