Waffle House

Love Waffle House but today they did there thing. And have to give prompts to put AMAZING waiter JOHN! He was quick we did not have to wait he gave us our coffees as soon as we order them. Our food came exactly how we wanted it and it was delicious (thanks to the cooks). We did not have to be looking for the waiter because as soon as we told him something he would bring it.
Come see John. He is very good!

I sat at the high bar for 8 freakin minutes before anyone even came to take my order despite the fact that they all saw me sitting there, saw me come in, were standing around talking, and the place was virtually empty. This is HIGHLY unacceptable!!! I just wanted some freakin hash browns!!! & then they were out of to go forks! I highly doubt I will ever be back at this Waffle House. Their Customer service is severely lacking

I hate being negative but this place disappoints me every time I got. It’s right next to my office and I got every couple of month to see if things have changed service-​wise, 2 years later it still hasn’t changed. The food isn’t the best waffle house food around (there’s one on Sugarloaf Pkwy that usually tastes better), but it’s not terrible when you get it. If you get it.
Do not go here late at night. The service is the worst. I know it’s late and you’re tired, and I’m tired, but that’s no reason to leave me for 15 minutes after taking our drink orders. It’s 3am and there’s not many people in here besides me and my co-​workers.
Just work on service and we can all have a much better time. In the mean time, I’m going to avoid you until someone tells me you’ve got it together.

Its a chain but the service is true southern charm. And the food is real good and honest.

Oh my gosh! We haven’t been to Waffle House in years and man oh man, this Waffle House serves up some divine cheese eggs and hash browns. Ms. Kathy is an awesome waitress with a smile and always joking. The establishment is kept clean and now has a digital jukebox to play some of that sweet music while you savor your breakfast in those cute little booths. I love the fact, as you walk in, all of the staff on deck say «Hello, welcome to Waffle House.» Then not only the waitress checks on you, but the cook asks if everything is good on your plate. Man, this is a throwback Waffle House to yesteryear, and I truly recommend this location. Those cheese eggs and city ham still have me smiling to this very day! Go get some, right now!

I love Waffle House! The food that I got for $ 5 (triple hashbrowns and a cup of coffee) were good. The food here may not be the healthiest, but it’s sure comforting. We were told that it’d be ten minutes until we got a table (granted, there were a lot of people inside waiting for a table), and the server promptly seated us.
With four of us, the bill came out to $ 23. Four meals and drinks for that? That’s awesome!
Why did this place not get the fifth star? Our server messed up on my order and put cheese in my hashbrowns instead of mushrooms like I asked (capped, not covered). Our friend’s iced tea was too strong and tasted as if it had been sitting there for ages. The service was a little slow in terms of getting everyone else’s food out (I got my food five to ten minutes before the rest of my party got theirs). Granted it was Sunday, but still.
This is a good place, but be aware that when it’s crowded, the service may not be as fast as you’d like it to be. Have the server read back your order to ensure that he/​she got it correct.

Breakfast was a huge craving of mine when I was pregnant. I visited this location several months ago and got my usual all star special which includes 2 eggs, toast, grits, a choice of either ham, sausage or bacon, and a waffle. I substituted my grits with hash browns and added cheese, onions and mushrooms to them.
The food came out quick and definitely hit the spot! Waffle House used to only be a place that I visited after a long night of drinking, but since having my baby, those nights are long gone! I’d definitely come back here again next time I crave breakfast.

Pretty darn good for a Waffle House, actually. Food came out very fast, server (Shay) was very friendly and attentive, and the cook and I had a good chat. Seems like there are some issues with the staff presently, though. Hope that doesn’t affect service in the future. Otherwise, it’s a Waffle House, exactly what you’d expect it to be.

It’s official the organization does not care how this location runs, as long as it makes money… cooks with tennis shoes, floors dirty, bad service…

Average Waffle House. I’ve been to better & worse.

Oh waffle house. You are the Spam of my life. I’m ashamed to tell anyone, but secretly, I love you. You never fail to make me lick my fingers and rub my belly.
You shout hello whenever I come in the door, distracting me from the fact I should be eating a salad. Really. Your greasy menus should gross me out, but only remind me of the goodness ahead.
Cheese n eggs, raisin toast and swine. And hell, since it’s my birthday, put some peanut butter chips on that waffle. If I’m going down, I’m going down in a blaze of glorious gluttony!
And as I discovered last week, you’ve got a perfectly corny birthday song on the jukebox… awww for me? Thanks!
