Zaxby’s

I am changing my rating because of upper management’s response to this incident. Their reply was speedy and the resolution was fair.

I love the grilled chicken salads here. They are my go to for a healthy lunch. Today I came and there was only one man on the register. After a while they added a second rep. If I did have to wait so long in line I would have given it 5 stars. Very good good tho!

The young lady that was the general manager of this location was extremely rude and unhelpful when we were dealing with an online order. We placed the order online to the correct store, and provided a confirmation and check number. We were told that without a printed out copy of the order from our computer they wouldn’t be able to give us the food we had already paid for. The assistant manager had some sense of customer service and after some time, agreed to give us our order that, again, we had already paid for. The site never stated any printed out info was needed as this was a routine online order. Her lack of customer service was appaling and my family will not be returning to this location. Clean up your act ma’am.

I stopped in for lunch today and got the usual chicken finger platter. I work just a couple of miles away and this location is convenient for me. I have lunch their 3 times a month or so. 50% of the time the food is great. Today I was a few minutes behind the 12:00 lunch rush arriving there at 12:25 and all I can say is…
IF THE FOOD ISN’T FRESH AND GOING LIMP AND COLD, WHY SERVE IT???
I am happy to wait a few minutes for fresh cooked food. Chicken was just warm and not fresh. Fries were old, cold, and tough. The bread was toasted only on one side, but hallelujah it was just made and the side that was toasted was appreciated.
I thought it was against Zaxby’s policy to cook food ahead??? It is always cooked ahead for the lunch crowd here and you get served fast, but don’t miss the rush or come on a light day when you are eating the lunch rush leftovers.
With that said, I love me some Zaxby’s when it is prepaired and served the Zaxby’s way.

salad was horrible no chicken just crotons and grated cheese everywhere.

Stopped in today to grab a quick bite and thought a Zaxby’s Club would do it. Was happy to learn awhile back that they will be opening restaurants along the wasatch front in Salt Lake City this year.
One thing about a Zaxby’s, it can be absolutely spot on and the best sandwich ever but when served not so hot, it’s a mediocre sandwich at best. Sadly, today’s order, along with the cold fries leaned more towards the mediocre.

went in last night with a few friends. asked the cashier the difference between the two salads. All I got was attitude and that one had blue cheese and the other didn’t, PLUS she had to look it up to see both. At the end we needed one Togo box and I got to the front, (same lady) I ask for one and she’s grabs it and throws it at me. doesn’t event hand me it. This should be a one star but it’s always been pretty good beside this last experience. I seem to always get the nice manager guy wearing the train conductor like uniform, and i haven’t gotten any bad service from him before. He saved it from being a one star.

Outstanding food and super nice staff! Had a chicken finger plate left off from our order when my family went through the drive thru. When we pulled up to the window they quickly noticed the mistake and gave us the plate for free.
Also Thursdays are $.99 Nibblers after 2:00PM. Who doesn’t love a Nibbler?

Drove through. Super friendly staff. Always enjoy Zaxby’s food.

I think Zax sauce has crack in it.
Wings n things is a MUST TRY for first timers.
BEWARE, the wings can get pretty hot, ask and you shall receive.
I loooove the texas toast!
The fried pickles I give 3.0 out of 5 stars.
Fried mushrooms, the bar «Southern COmfort» right behind them makes them 10 times better!

I like this Zaxby’s. The staff is always friendly and food is always fresh.
Occasionally the drive thru will be slow, but overall I like!

I tried Zaxby’s in Saint Augustine, Forida last summer. I remembered the food being good. However, today, my chicken fingers and crinkle cut fries were below average in taste. It also charges 25 cents for sauce other than the Zaxby’s sauce. The Zaxby’s sauce did not taste good unless you like thousand island dressing.
