I rented an apartment for one month (Corporate Apt) back in September. I was told that the payments was going to be $ 850.00 for 30 days plus $ 150.00 security deposit that I was going to get back after I vacated the apartment. Well, I just called and not only the lady on the phone was rude, I just found out that I will not get my $ 150.00 back because they charged me room and laundry fee that was never disclosed when I signed the agreement. Because I needed the apartment right away, it wasn’t even clean but they charged me to clean it after I left. By the way, I only stayed there 2 weeks and I gave them noticed that I was leaving and at that time, everything looked like it was fine, until now. As Joshua stated on his review, «Stay very far away».
