There is serious mojo at work at Tasty’s. I love the extra substantial feel that each of their pastries have due to the use of potato flour. The double blueberry are really good, and the maple longjohn is worth a try as well. As for the apple fritter, it is large. And by large, I mean really huge. I have compared it to the size of an infant’s head and it is easily larger. The fritter is better than most that I’ve tried and, in a universe were Dick’s and Banbury Cross didn’t exist, this might be my favorite. Since they do, however, this one kind of slips to third or fourth on the list. That being said, though, if you enjoy donuts, Tasty’s is a must try. It is not hard to imagine this being many people’s favorite purveyor of fried dough, and I wouldn’t fault the taste of anybody proclaiming it tops.

I’m giving this place 5 stars bc of it’s blueberry fritter!!! I’ve always been a fan of the apple fritter. thought there was nothing better, until i came here today. I never stopped in here bc it kinda looks like a hole in a wall. When I walked inside, i actually said WOW! Its much, much nicer inside. I got a chocolate cake donut with sprinkles for my daughter. I tasted it and it was actually pretty moist for a cake donut. The vanilla crème ones don’t compare to the bavarian crème from KK though. Not bad, but still not as good. But the blueberry fritter i will dream about from now on! lol They said they also make a strawberry croissant, but they sell out pretty early in the day. I can see why– sounds good :)

Honestly, I am not a big fan of donuts, but the Tasty’s on Hill Field Rd is located at a very convenient spot for donuts and they open around 5am-ish.(An ideal location to pick up donut bribes before work~) I find the blue berry favour to my liking. During lunch, they serve a variety of sandwiches in a combo with fries and a free donut(most likely left over from morning sale, but still better than the cafeteria donuts). The sandwiches are mediocre at best and fries are about average. They also have a drive-through service for convenience. Overall, I would consider this place to be ok… Maybe I am just not a donut lover

This is a little donuts and sandwich place that is relatively cheap. I would give it a 3 for the sandwich and 4 for the donuts and fries(with fry sauce). The sandwich combos are really pretty decent meals as they come with drink, fries, and a donut. I really like the curly fries as does my 2 year old son, and the fry sauce is unique and seems to have a little BBQ sauce in it. The sandwiches are hit and miss, but the pastrami and Italian meat ones are good(not the BLT). The donuts are really good cake donuts with some good specialty ones. My favorite are the blueberry cake, blueberry fritter, and toasted coconut donuts. Nice place to stop and grab a quick lunch or donut.
