Wasatch Crossfit

Love it! Total community and total diversity. I have so many friends that I would not have met otherwise. My wife, mother of 3, is in the best shape of her life! And that is saying a lot because she was a gymnast at Boise State! Loving the results and the community!

Was a college athlete and moved out here for work. I wanted to stay in shape and had heard of Crossfit. Saw the facilities and decided to give it a shot. There aren’t a whole lot of options out here, being a rower in college, but WCF turned out to be a great one. The trainers are ridiculously knowledgeable and Banu does a great job handling the finance. The community here is awesome as well. Good friends to share good times with. All around, I love this place.

After gaining 63 pounds because I couldn’t stop eating a box of Cheez-​its a day while pregnant, I decided I needed to do something in order to lose the weight. 6 weeks after giving birth, I enrolled in a Foundations class, and then signed up for a membership here with my husband. Three weeks into working out here, I find myself doing a normal push up (not on my knees) bringing back memories about the days I served in the Army. 2 months working out at this facility and I have lost over 50 pounds. Now expecting a second child, I still continue to work out here because I love the feel of having real muscles again. This facility is truly awesome. The staff is down to earth, friendly, and know what they are talking about. The workouts are tough and challenging but totally motivating. I promise if you commit to working out here for a month, you will be hooked and on the path to the best shape of your life. My husband was out of shape and upon hearing he was involuntarily called back to duty to Afghanistan, starting working out here to get in shape. He has lost 25 pounds and I can see his muscles now! He is fit to fight and looks great too. I can’t say enough about how great this facility is… I highly recommend it to anybody who is serious about getting back in shape, breaking through a plateau, staying in shape, or just wants to have a real workout.

I’ve been going to Wasatch Crossfit for almost 2 years now. I had only planned on 3 months to get in shape for the ski season. I was hooked instantly. Got involved with one of the nutrition challenges, lost 25 lbs in 90 days. Now I crossfit 3 – 5 days a week. My nutrition has changed for the best, have kept the weight off, and I am as fit as I have ever been. I’d recommend and do recommend WCF to all my freinds or any other Crossfit that would be more convenient for participation. WCF is at the top of the Crossfit affiliate list for coaching talent, equipment, nutrition, and results. Regarding Emi’s comment, I can see how the glitch in the matrix may have occurred as a new billing representative took over. I worked with the new rep on occasion while on vacation, freezing my account temporarily, and have had emailed responses that day to my inquiries. Come give it a try, its fun to see the excitement on new members faces as they get a glimpse of what is in store for them.

I love the trainers at Wasatch crossfit, they are all great instructors, and are very knowledgable. What i donn’t like, is a lack of accountability when it comes to charging their client membership fee’s. I have repeatedly left messages, and e-​mails for them to help me resolve my membership issues, and they don’t have the decency to acknowledge me. The owner has no interest in handling these issue’s. It’s unfortunate because if he did as good a job regarding membership billing, and customer service, as he did instructing his classes, he would probably have more members. Sad, but true.
