Horrible experience. .is the third time that I changed my rate plan and still the same paying $ 216 for basic cable, internet. the employees lie to you… they never make changes. Very disappointed I will find another option, extremely expensive. .been with them since 2005 .no professionalism at all.

I too have heard all the horror stories of Xfinity/Comcast, but I have had great experiences so far. We had cable internet installed several months ago. The installation technician was extremely helpful and professional. But today was the best! We have had major plumbing work in our neighborhood for the past 1 – 2 months. They have been cutting the marked cable lines multiple times and cut ours 2 days ago. We scheduled an Xfinity technician but they weren’t able to come for 2 more days. Today I saw a technician at my neighbor’s house and flagged him down. He graciously agreed to help me too! Poor guy had to follow the line behind my house and it took him a good 1.5 hours to get to where it was cut and fix it. I really appreciated him fixing my cable even though I was not on his schedule. Incidentally fixing mine also fixed a few of my neighbors as well! I didn’t get his name but he was in truck 3112. Thanks again!!!

For the first time in my lifetime I am completely pleased with Xfinity ’ s customer service. I was greeted by a gentleman right when I walked in the door to get my name and issue. He sent me directly to Kenyon. I cannot say enough good things about Kenyon! He replaced my dvr(calling into customer service was a TOTAL bust) and help save me money on my future bills. This guy is a 5 star employee. I hope xfinity can find more resourceful and kind employees like Kenyon. They should since cable bills are outrageous! ! I also overheard the employee next to us being more than helpful with is customer as well.

Maybe new employees or management but everyone here today has been so accommodating and helpful. I’m sitting here while my parents upgrade their home setup. I can hear the employee helping them joking, interacting, and explaining everything in a way that they would understand. Like not using too many technical terms. What can I say? Oldies call this a pound sign #. Lol silly them, thats a hashtag. ;) Watch me use it in a sentence. I wish #summer #vacay would get here already. You’re welcome! In all seriousness though, I really enjoyed visiting this location and will keep it in mind next time I have to go in for my comcast equipment.

When I got to the store it was hard to find parking in the immediate front, but there was plenty in walking distance. When I entered the store it was crowded with people. Mostly people who were holding their cable boxes and internet modems(probably disconnecting their service, or getting a box replaced). There is a check in tablet that you use to get a number. I was so happy to have that because then you wouldn’t have to worry about making a line. However the store does not have enough seating to accommodate the massive number of people who were in there. People were sitting on the floor, blocking the display devices, and crowding anywhere they could fit. It was crazy. The sign on their door said they were hiring and I’m sure they are short handed, but it still was a little ridiculous. Anyway the wait times were very long. The only waiting I can compare it to is the line at the DMV. I know it is because there are people there who all have their story to tell the employees about why they brought their cable box or modems in, but it takes forever! While waiting I overheard one of the employees tell a woman that they were out of wifi modems. I was freaking out because I just moved into my apartment and I canceled my professional installation because my Xfinity representative told me it would be cheaper for me to pick it up from the store and do it myself. Little did I know the store was going to be a terrible experience. Anyway it was upsetting to hear that I had been waiting for my name/number to be called all this time only to find out they couldn’t help me. I decided to wait anyway in hopes they could«find» one lying around somewhere or that at least they could put one on hold so I could pick it up in the morning. My name was finally called! I got to the counter and the lady helping me took my ticket. I told her I was worried she wouldn’t be able to help me because of what I overheard. She told me I was in luck and that she did have a modem, her last one. I was so excited because I was going to get internet. Then she told me the store hides them — which I thought was the strangest policy ever. However I think she helped me because she is nice, I am a new customer to Xfinity, and I was in uniform because I just got back from work(I am in the Army). It sucks to be whoever it was that got turned away but I’m glad I got my internet as promised. I’m grateful to the employee that assisted me, but I think there are some things that could be fixed. If I was going to be a customer at Xfinity in the future I would choose the option to have everything mailed to me so I wouldn’t have to deal with the store.

Friendly, efficient Customer service . The greeter was helpful and instructive but she could have been more consistent with everyone. Nice newer place. I came at a busy time. Five pm week day. ½ hr wait. I would guess Saturdays are an hour wait.
