Terrible. Don’t use them. This is the first time I’ve been driven to Unilocal someone out, but I feel I should warn the world about Mr. Cannon. He missed many very expensive issues with our home, including a rotten roof and dysfunctional plumbing that wasn’t up to code.
On top of it all, Mr. Cannon asked for payment up front, plus an additional $ 200 to inspect beneath our raised porch. When he arrived, he didn’t feel like crawling beneath the porch, but he wouldn’t refund the extra money!
Save yourself a lot of money and heartache. Find another inspector.
